Union House

We had a great stay at 69 Union St! Kent’s place is very homey and was the perfect place to live in for a week in Sydney. The spot is well stocked with what you need — especially the kitchen! Really appreciated the warm cozy vibes along with the high beautiful ceilings. Highly recommend! Our group agreed it was one of the nicest air bnbs we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.
An outdoor jacuzzi is positioned on a wooden deck, surrounded by green landscape. A set of three black stairs leads to the jacuzzi, which is covered with a light-colored lid, offering a serene spot for relaxation.

Saint James Cottage

Meg accommodated us for a 1 night stay. The views from the deck at sunset were gorgeous. The cabin had everything we needed. As you can see in the photos the living room and bedrooms are on the small side but worked perfect for us (two couples).
An outdoor patio features a table and four chairs, accompanied by an umbrella for shade. A barbecue is positioned nearby. The serene water view of Bras d'Or Lakes is visible in the background, framed by greenery and a light blue sky.

Scottish Thistle

This is a great place to relax! Extremely quiet, spectacular view and plenty of space for a family of 4 to 6 to spread out and chill. The private beach is a nice added touch and Baddeck is only a 2 minute drive, but I wouldn’t walk there, cars drive a little fast down that road and there’s no sidewalk. Tyler was a great host, explained everything perfectly, right down to recommending water shoes for the private beach ( which we had). There’s also a nice listing of local places and lots of brochures so you can find stuff to do. It was ~25 degrees when we stayed and it gets nice and cool at night so not having A/C isn’t a problem. There are so many windows that open in so many directions, you’ll catch a breeze.
A charming yellow house is set back on a spacious green lawn, surrounded by lush trees. A paved driveway leads to a detached garage. The front porch, featuring steps and a railing, invites guests to the main entrance, complemented by natural scenery.
