Wildekrans is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are spectacular, and the cottage is beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. The two bedrooms are nicely private from each other with en-suite bathrooms in both, with the shared kitchen in between. It is delightful sitting on the porch looking out onto the gardens and mountain vistas ahead, either with morning coffee or an evening drink. The swimming pool was surprisingly warm and inviting. Everything we needed we had! We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation for 4 in a perfect location for walking to Franschoek main St. All very clean and plenty of kitchen equipment and crockery. The property is tucked behind the owners' house on Van Wuk St and isn't obvious. It is up a drive behind two wrought iron gates. A sign on the gates saying Jonquil Cottage would have helped no end.

We loved our stay - Henry and his family were very kind. The place is very peaceful and comfortable. The surroundings are stunning especially if you like birds - at this time of the year there was lots of water around which made spotting them easier.

What a beautiful spot! A real home away from home with everything so carefully thought of! A stones throw from the hustle of the Main Street but quiet and peaceful on a little close! Dalena has thought of every single detail, and we had a beautiful stay! A very warm and personal welcome and spectacular views of the beautiful surrounding mountains! Nazneen and her family were amazing hosts, making our long weekend stay incredibly pleasant. The cottage was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed, including ample bathroom towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The braai stand came with all the necessary items. The sound of the waves added to the relaxing atmosphere. Nazneen even lent us beach toys for the kids and a bicycle to keep them entertained. I’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay with Suzette. She is super friendly and we had more than we needed for the evening that we stayed with her. Even coffee and rusks waited for us for the next morning when we got up. I can recommend Suzette's place to anybody that need a place to stay in Caledon, if you have to go there for work, relaxation or a wedding.

Francois was a great host. The appartment is perfectly located, with a beautiful view of the harbour. Walking distance from local restaurants.

Great rustic farm stay outside of Swellendam. Safe to explore the area and the wood fired hot tub was a perfect addition. We loved exploring the farm and spotting all of the animals, especially the giraffe! Comms from the host could have been better though as we had some difficulty finding the farm for check-in without any directions.

Diese Unterkunft ist gemütlich und komfortabel. Sie befindet sich an einem großartigen Standort wo man viel unternehmen kann. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Bei heißem Wetter kann man den kleinen sauberen Pool nutzen. Danke Karien!

We had a lovely stay at Skurwejantjie! The hosts were very friendly, flexible and helpful. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area and is also a walking distance from the ocean and popular rock pools. We also truly enjoyed the braai area, as we spent most of our time there!

Michelle is a friendly host with lots of info about surrounding area and all te to do's. Felt at home.

Great little place, ideal for just two people particularly on a long stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Pam, even to the extent that we had a few shared meals with her. Close to the shopping mall and an easy drive into Hermanus. Would highly recommend it, and will in all likelihood stay there in the future.

We had lovely stay at Diann's place. Everything was perfect, cottage very cosy, neat, perfect location as its close to the town with all the restaurants and coffee shop and also Bontebok and Marloth nature reserves are few minutes drive. Dianne was very friendly host who provided us with all info we needed for comfy stay in Swellendam. Next time we will stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay in Franschhoek. The cottage is within the garden of the main house and is furnished extremely tastefully. Absolutely everything has been thought of and executed to perfection. It’s an extremely cosy space with an exclusive boutique hotel feel to it. The garden is even better than the pictures, it creates a really tranquil environment around the cottage. Communication with Cate and Carien was excellent. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and then Carien came daily to make it perfect again. She even did a load of washing and ironing for us! We felt extremely well looked after. There’s a dedicated electric gate and parking spot which made it easy for us to come and go. The main road with all the shops, restaurants and art galleries is less than 5 mins walk away. We had a fantastic dinner at Reuben’s restaurant which is about 2 minutes walk. This has to be the best place to stay in Franschhoek for a couple. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Cate!

Cottage is great value, very well located and kitted out with everything you'll need. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Immediately feels like you're staying in Sandbaai rather than just visiting

Really enjoyed our stay here, such a lovely place to hang out in the peaceful garden. Stanford is a beautiful little town, with some nice restaurants that are 5 mins walk from here. Would definitely recommend.

Margit hat uns mit ihren 2 reizenden Pudeldamen herzlich in Ihrer Unterkunft empfangen. Alles ist wie auf den Foto`s beschrieben, sei es die Sitzecke im Außenbereich oder die Unterkunft selbst. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, man hat sich direkt wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alle wichtigen Informationen sind in einem kleinen Informationsblatt zusammengefasst. Wir können Margit und Hermanus ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen, alle Ausflugs- und Essenstip`s waren gute Empfehlungen!
