This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

very close to the sea, 5 min walk. comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation and very kind host. 2 min walk from the supermarket and shops. I was afraid because there was no air conditioning but both day and night the house is well ventilated thanks to the breeze practically always present. The outdoor shower is excellent.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

We were there as a group to ride a little bike. The location right at the beach is simply a dream. Barbara is a very nice host and always responded to our requests immediately. Unfortunately the weather was not so good but otherwise happy to come back.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Lavinia's place was absolutely beautiful, the house was stocked with everything you could need during your stay and she was so responsive whenever we had a question. The house was comfortable and everyone had their own space. Thank you for letting us into your beautiful home to for our family to create our own memories! Would highly recommend staying here.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lauras house. Laura was an amazing host, very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. The location is great - only a 10 minute walk to the beach, overall a wonderful stay and home.

From the window....the sea! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment in Cala Piccola, in the Argentario. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The private beach is a real gem, with crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and very well decorated home. Located in a quiet complex with a neat park and impeccable pool, the house offers rare tranquility, even in the middle of August. The two through gardens are a real asset, allowing you to choose between sun and shade depending on the time of day. Only 5 minutes by car from the sea, it is also possible to walk there by taking a little more time. The mezzanine is very well designed, and the air conditioning, present in the living room and bedroom, guarantees a pleasant temperature at all times. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, which added to our comfort. Luigi is very friendly and quickly responds to messages, which greatly facilitated our stay. 200 meters away, the restaurant "Emilio al Mare" is excellent, and Castiglione della Pescaia, a few minutes drive away is a charming village.

Great stay with spectacular terrace on the Bay of Santo Stefano. Quiet area. Possibility of using the pool 24 mx10m and tennis court. The only thing I would put some extra pans and lids to cook especially if you are in 5-6 people. The apartment is very spacious, divided over two floors with great indoor spaces and two bathrooms. Air conditioning allows you to sleep even in case of high temperatures. The most interesting part is the large terrace where you can dine or rest the night before dinner. To get to the area of Santo Stefano where the restaurants are located we preferred to walk. It takes about 10-15 minutes, but it should be considered that the village is about 100-150 meters lower. So on the way back you have to make the climb. However, I think the location is ideal and very quiet compared to eating an apartment in the center. The pool is sheltered and therefore usufriubule even in case of wind.

Annamaria sent an email with lots of really useful info ahead of our stay and check-in was very easy. She was also responsive to messages and friendly, the perfect Airbnb host - thank you Annamaria. The place itself is almost beyond description - it felt to us like our own piece of paradise. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and having our own private bathing-rock to swim from was really special. We cannot wait to return.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

We wanted to spend a weekend together as a family and we found a really lovely place. We had a great time and fully enjoyed the wonderful location of the property. We will definitely be back

We stayed for a week in September. The house matches the description and for us (4 friends with 2 dogs) it was perfect. With 2 gardens on the 2 entrances to the house there is plenty of space for everyone (pets, children and adults). Dining in the evening on the veranda is very pleasant in a quiet location away from traffic. The kitchen is a little sacrificed but for the holiday it is the same. The beach can be reached by walking in a few minutes(we stayed at Petite Europe that accepts dogs and has a dedicated area. Recommended for everyone.There's also a parking space. Franco

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything. The garden is spacious and in the shade of the pine forest, there are deck chairs, a very long table and numerous seats and the BBQ. The outdoor space is completely fenced so great for those with a dog like us or young children. Dario and Antonella are very kind and very welcoming, we really enjoyed it.

Five-star vacations! Fabio's home offers comfort, tranquility and elegance . In addition, the patio and garden gave us the opportunity to appreciate the view of the Feniglia coast and the starry sky of these August nights. Great location to easily reach the beautiful beaches of Capalbio and Orbetello. Our furry guy was great too.

We spent 11 days in Ansedonia staying in this comfortable and cozy villa. The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy a magnificent view and have your own privacy. Internally, the house is very well distributed and is equipped with every comfort. Giusy was valuable for advice and availability. A perfect stay.

First of all, I thank the owner for her kindness and availability, since it immediately worked for our every need (the broken remote control was replaced with a new one after a few hours). The portion of the villa is very well kept and furnished even with some valuable furniture but what is striking is the large garden (which I estimate in at least 600-700 square meters) that I imagined smaller and the access to Giannella beach directly from the garden! In practically 30 seconds you can go from the bedroom to the sea water walking quietly! The beach (largely public) is very quiet and reserved (for Italian canons) and the sea is pleasant, especially for children (I still wait for shallow water 100 meters from the beach). The area is also quiet and ideal for a relaxing vacation (except at times for the interperities of night motorists in transit who are unfortunately immediately perceived by the bedrooms, which are towards Giannella's Provincial Road). Ultimately, absolutely recommended host and villa!
