The second workshop is located in the heart of the Opal Coast in the small town of Marquise. Between Boulogne and Calais, our apartment is conveniently located for visiting our beautiful Opal Coast and its beaches (all about 12 km away) as well as many activities (Naussica, swimming pool, quad, ice rink, etc.). Close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) free parking 150 m away. The apartment has a private entrance, where there is the possibility of storing surfboards, bicycles, etc.

Recente, lichtrijke en semi-passieve villa vlakbij de zee (200 meter), op een zucht van Cap Gris Nez en in de baai van Wissant. Het huis is omringd door een afgesloten tuin van meer dan 1000 m die aansluit op een bos en u volledige privacy biedt. U beschikt er over een sauna met douche en twee badkamers (douche + ligbad). Het huis bevindt zich (via het strand of de kliffen) op wandelafstand van Wissant, Audresselles, Ambleteuse en de Cap Blanc Nez. Ideaal voor strand-, wandel- en fietsvakanties!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access.
