Notre gite de 90m2 se compose de 3 chambres spacieuses à l'étage (2 lit de 160, 1 de 140, et 1 de 90) , d'une salle de douche et d'un WC séparé. Au RDC, vous y trouverez une grande pièce de vie lumineuse, une salle de bains et un WC séparé. Un grand jardin clos sur l'arrière avec une balançoire et un barbecue et une jolie terrasse bien exposée sur le devant du gite. Le gite est situé à 4 km de la plage de sable fin et des dunes de Lindbergh et du village de Portbail et de son havre naturel.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.
