Fabienne's accommodation is as described, very clean and comfortable. The house is built in a very beautiful garden and you can't find a quieter place ( it even seems like you can hear the grass growing!!). We had a great time at Eliane's place. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. There really is everything you need. We slept like babies, the neighborhood is so quiet and the bedding is excellent. Eliane is very responsive. You can call or text her at any time and she will respond. I really recommend this rental.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

From the reservation a few months before arrival, until the last minute, we had a nice and quick contact with the host. She is very friendly. The place is exactly as described matches the photos. Well equipped with all kinds of convenient and fine amenities even coffee was in stock. Check in is quite convenient with a key code. Very nice quiet area, the property is next to a townhouse in a cul-de-sac street where you can easily park on private property. Please note that you choose the right parking space ( the small one directly opposite the cottage), we drove onto the private property and damaged the bottom of our car by a threshold where you difficult to match if the car is heavily loaded. Otherwise only positive, you are literally between the sheep and the farmers! Beautiful views from the property. The stairs are indeed steep, but now equipped with a gate and that is very nice and therefore feels safe enough. Thank you and see you soon!

This was a great place to stay and was worth the price ! It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, spacious and well maintained grounds, and the master bedroom had a lovely view of the Seine river. The area was quiet, perfect for sleeping, but an easy driving distance to most major Normandy attractions in the region. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Of course, the crown jewel for us was the heated covered pool, which was good-sized and very clean. We definitely enjoyed it! There's also a nice Jacuzzi in the same covered veranda. Overall, this was an excellent experience, perfect for our long weekend getaway, and we certainly be back. 

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Nathalie was a lovely host. The accomodation was exactly as described and we had a relaxing and peaceful stay. Feeding the horses with Nathalie was a real highlight - our 2 young daughters really enjoyed the whole experience.

Linda was very welcoming, and always responsive when needed. The accommodation is as described and very clean. We had a great time! The garden, the pool, the hot tub, the quality bedding, the indoor and outdoor games everything is there. i would highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in Lyons at Stéphanie and Patrick's. The house combines the rusticity of the old building with modern facilities. We didn't have the time (and courage) for the sauna and pool but we would have stayed much longer!

Charmed by the location and the view from the terrace. Spacious space, clean, modern bathrooms. A fireplace in the living room. Longère at the end of a path, so very quiet, no car, morning silence, nature, alpacas...all contributed to make our stay a delicious moment. The icing on the Thalie cake, the owner, who welcomed us very well, always available, very warm and who offered us a moment of friendly sharing that undoubtedly makes us want to come back soon. I recommend to families and lovers (the spa...what a treat). And very good place to see places around. Thank you

We had a great time at Valerie's! The house is spacious and very clean, the quiet and heated pool are a real plus. We made the most of the pool. The small touches for our dog touched us very much. Valerie is a lovely and very helpful person. This is the second time we've been back, and once again, we weren't disappointed. This house is a gem, that's for sure, we'll be back! Patricia’s house is very nice! It's also very clean, organized and cozy. The place is very quiet and the house also has a very large garden, where our dog could run around a lot. Great for short or long stays. Patricia is a very friendly and helpful host. I recommend!

Delphine’s gîte in Boissay was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. After two years of touring Europe our stay at the property was everything we could have hoped for. Delphine is both attentive but inconspicuous. We loved the peace and quiet and the property has everything you might need - being very well appointed. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and gives you absolute peace and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Delphine 🙏🏻

Nice and well-equipped little house. From the balcony, a magnificent view of Rouen and the historic center is only a half-hour walk away. We had a lovely weekend.

This location was just what I needed. It was peaceful but easy to get out to other locations around Normandy. The backyard was great for my dog and there was no way for her to escape (which she usually try’s to do).
