Beautiful stone and wood apartment with all the amenities, everything you need to feel at home, excellent girls. The place is spectacular, in a very quiet village, waking up to the sound of birdsong is priceless, if you need tranquility, peace, this is the right place, you will fully enjoy nature, really beautiful. Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

The casita is located in a prime location, although the views over the valley are limited by the existing vegetation barrier. Keep in mind that the house is adjacent to another, and close to two others that are just a few meters away, which remains a certain intimacy to the place. Still worth the place, the house is well equipped and cared for, and the owner is always reactive to any questions/requests.

A garden area features a trampoline and a playset with a slide, set against a backdrop of the sea and coastal rocks. Lush green grass provides a spacious area, while distant views of the water enhance the landscape.

The truth is that it is an accommodation in good condition, what you see on the website is really what you find. Mercedes and Fernando are charming, always attentive, in case we needed anything. They recommended places to go for routes. They offered us bikes and the welcome was very nice and with a very good explanation of everything in the house. The house is super clean, I thought it was a house that had been recently put up for rent, and it turns out that they have had it for more than 4 years, which says a lot about the level of cleanliness and maintenance they do to the house. Without a doubt, when I can, I will rent it again since it is very cozy, warm and the place is very quiet, ideal to disconnect and enjoy nature. I give them a 10.

Our stay was short but very pleasant. Both in the reception and by the complex you would cross paths with local staff and all super friendly and willing to help. The place was very good, yes it is true that there is some little thing that is seen that the time has passed but nothing of greater importance. The common areas are decorated in detail and are very extensive (so much so that you can take mountain routes from the place without the need for a car). In general, everything was very good and looking forward to returning. The tranquility and nature we have lived there seldom we have had the opportunity to experience.

We loved the accommodation, we recommend it 100%. The perfect location to have peace of mind and is close to places like Potes, Fuente de... The hosts are very attentive and very nice. With attractive recreational areas for children. A real pleasure. Thank you so much for everything.

Very cozy and full of Christmas ornaments, even a nativity scene, many seating areas and children's playground, BBQ area and the apartment is very comfortable and rustic with fireplace, and the room's jacuzzi is very relaxing and romantic. I recommend it any time of the year, both for couples or as a family.,👌👍
