The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and big outdoor patio (shared wiyh another apartment). Our residence is located in the old town of Carpignano Salentino, 10 km away from Otranto, 7 km from the best beaches of Salento, Puglia. We provide the ingredients for breakfast for self service. A free and safe public packing is only a few meters away from the house.

Our villa in Salento is a super-equipped, comfortable accommodation, just 10 minutes by car from the splendid coves of Torre Sant'Andrea and the beaches of Otranto (LECCE). The house is surrounded by two hectares of land with high enclosure walls which make the central courtyard with swimming pool a very private space. Our property is located in the countryside, an ideal place for walks or bike rides, while all services are located in the nearby village of Carpignano Salentino.

The house is located on Via Litoramea per Santa Cesarea, 7/9 on the first floor. Next door is a Fersini workshop and the Selenia hotel. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a balcony, and a sofa bed, a large bathroom with a washing machine, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a small bedroom with access to the double bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 bunk bed. My place is good for couples with kids

Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a two-story building. Central area. All windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet floor. Modern and well-made furnishings. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
