Vacation rentals with beach access in Cannaregio Canal

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook – large pots, a large pan and much more. There's even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large fridge and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modernly decorated and technically top-notch – TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped – shampoo, shower gel and even a straightening iron are available. An extreme plus are the free sun loungers with umbrella. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. The exchange with Alberto was also possible at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Davide's apartment in Venice. The location was excellent but also quiet - so close to so much! Davide was a great host - so helpful with lots of great tips & useful information to help us have an awesome time on Venice! We highly recommend.

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Perfect home to stay

The accommodation is great, clean and big enough for the 3 of us! Easy access by car and possibility to park the car right in front of the house. It's safe, the house is located in a cul-de-sac. The beach is 100 m on foot. The port to get to Venice, Burano and Murano is a 15-minute drive away.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in every detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organize to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Beautiful apartment of good size, welcoming and generous host. The location is superb, one block from the sea and the beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is better than in the pictures. To reach Venice, it takes at least an hour by bus and boat, the round trip costs between 25 and 28 euros. With experience, it is better to choose boats from the same company as the buses because they are synchronized and you do not wait between the two and departures are more frequent.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The host Paolo welcomed us personally, was very friendly and provided helpful information and recommendations. The apartment was very cozy, clean and was well equipped. It’s located on the main street in Lido, so very close to restaurants and the beach but still it’s very quiet. I can only recommend.

Everything wonderful and great location! The private beach is an absolute bonus! Germania was always available and always responded. All good, we'd come back! Thank you. This a great apartment with sea view from balcony, bus stop in front of it and good restaurants/coffeeshops near by. The beach is less than 10mins walking. The apartment is clean and spacious. The interior is very nicely decorated with many pieces of art! Maria was always available to respond. Many thanks Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.
