We felt at home. Renata, as well as Karlisle and her husband, were extremely attentive and pleasant. The house is super functional, very clean and organized, cozy space, wonderful pool and comfortable accommodations. Anyway, we'll be back for sure!

Monica was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our changes in the stay, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The location allowed us to fully enjoy the beauty of Pipa. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, flexibility, and nature, this is it. Highly recommend it!

A very good house! I already have some experience in this type of rental and I was impressed with how much the house is equipped with simply everything. The house is beautiful, according to the photos. Extremely cozy and quiet place. Everything very clean and working. It makes you want to live there... lol Congratulations on your place!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. It has far exceeded our expectations. Super gentle and helpful hosts, the venue does not have performances, even though it has numerous beaches, among other attractions to do in the region, just staying in the space enjoying the leisure area was already wonderful, it rained a little during our stay, but even that didn't get in the way. We will definitely return, I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing experience! The house is perfect, the whole group loved it, and the condominium is wonderful and well located. In addition, Rúbia was super friendly and helpful, always responding quickly and answering all our questions. We will definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable with a giant garden. The swimming pool is delicious, the huge barbecue, the comfortable beds and naama is a very kind host! Our dogs loved the space, which is completely surrounded and safe for them! We walked to the centrinho de kite (a very quiet walk of about 15 minutes). We love space!

We loved the house, the outdoor spaces were just as we intended, a swimming pool, the possibility of barbecuing and several leisure spaces. The interior spaces are well maintained and clean. No shortage of utensils in the kitchen. Very close to the center but in a quiet area. The street environment is optimal, without noise or confusion. I highly recommend it!

How wonderful this place! The house finds itself in a very natural condominium that looks like a tropical jungle, which made the climate always more pleasant than the heat in the center of Pipa. The decoration of the house is in very good taste, made with a lot of love. All imaginable utensils were available. Tatiana and Daiana gave us a wonderful reception and told us how to invite the little monkeys (Sagui) to our veranda. We love to feed them banana and observe them. Every day a large family visited us (without entering the house). A hummingbird also came every day to visit. In the very hot hours of the day we refreshed ourselves in the pool in the condominium, which had shade. What wonderful vacancies! Paradise looked like! We want to return!!! Amazing experience! Super attentive host, spacious and clean apartment, condominium is a true paradise, wonderful pool, super wooded. Close to everything and super cozy. Only positive points in the stay, for sure if I return to Pipa this will be the place where I will stay.

Great house, very loyal to the ad and extremely well equipped. I would like to have picked up more daily! Only the pool did not heat up as placed on the listing and the lock was not working 100%, but nothing that would significantly hinder our stay. Voltaria and super recommend staying at Casa 14! We had a great stay at Felipe's place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The balcony is a great place for a relaxing beer in the hammock at the end of the day! The pool is really nice too. The location within Pipa is perfect, being just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the main street, plus, of course, the beaches. Felipe was very helpful, always responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out. Next time we are in Pipa I'm sure we'll stay again!

Very peaceful location away from the center. The house was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by trees, perfect for a quiet getaway. It is quite a distance to the center, so it is good to be prepared to walk or organise transport, however this is also what makes it a great place for someone who is looking for peace and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Sean’s commitment to making me feel comfortable and would definitely return!

Simply wonderful, you can do everything on foot. Perfect pool, with bar, restaurant that serves all refeasures. and Victor is very attentive and always responds with kindness. Anyway, all good.

I loved the place of Thierry, everything was clean and the location is perfect, in the center of everything! Thierry passed all the instructions on how to locate the accommodation on the day of checkin. The place is very quiet even if it is in the center since it is at the end of a residential alley and is super safe! The backyard is delicious, you wake up and already smell of plants, great for coffee. I just missed a stove.

The house is in a securely enclosed condominium, the ultimate swimming pool and good space to park the car. Even in my opinion is the best condominium house, in terms of location and comfort. Carol was great in service, offered her best to feel good at home. City was really worth every moment we spent there. The house is close to the center of Pipa, you can walk quietly, there is only a small climb to reach the condominium. We rented car and it was the best thing because we had the opportunity to visit other beautiful beaches. I loved it and highly recommend it!
