Lovely place and very friendly helpful host. The patio with the lemon tree and patio was a real bonus. In the old town with a fabulous bi- weekly market, close to the beach, the port of Argeles and a stone’s throw from the beautiful town of Collioure. We really appreciated the peaceful location and facilities at the property whilst remaining close to all the action. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heatwave we had for a few days but was never required in the living space which remained pleasantly cool at all times. We would love to return next year. 😍

Pierre's place was really great! We felt right at home. Pierre was also very helpful if anything came up. The pool was also amazing, always very clean. We can only recommend the place to all, this was the best place we've ever had until long.

Fabrice was a great host and even phoned us to make sure everything was as expected. Location very good - near beach and restaurants. The house was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We hope to return next year!

Very nice stay at this very functional little house. The beach is a few steps away, happiness! and shops nearby, you can do anything on foot.

We stayed as 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. The house is spacious and we loved our stay. The place is nice and quiet, 2 streets from the beach. The house is very well maintained, like new, and the materials and decor are of quality. The mattresses are also good quality, we slept well, without noise, and the air conditioning is a real plus. The house is bright and the garden and large terrace are very nice and shaded. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean, as are the bathrooms and the rest of the rooms. Thank you for the little welcome touches.

We spent five wonderful days in Sylvie and Jean Pierre’s lovely apartment. It is compact but very well laid out, perfect for a couple. Sylvie and Jean Pierre were very accommodating and helpful and the apartment was a picturesque 10 minute walk to the old port and the heart of the city. A beautiful place to stay while visiting Collioure.

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

Only one set of keys is not enough for a couple, especially since you need the badge to access the residence and the building. This is the only thing that was problematic during the stay because we had to call each other all the time to be able to get in and we had to go downstairs to open the street since it is a residence with two buildings.

François' apartment is spacious, clean, equipped with everything and has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the mountains. Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an oven, a microwave etc. Also there is a washing machine available. You have to memorize a code to easily enter the apartment. With a remote control on the house key, the guarded parking can be reached, with a private parking space. The apartment is right on the boulevard and the beach. This can be reached very quickly through a back door. There is also an elevator in the building. François is a super nice man who does everything to help you and make it as comfortable as possible. He is modest and polite. Highly recommend this apartment! We stayed there for two weeks and were very sorry that we had to go home again.

I give a 5/5 we had a great time, accommodation with everything you need for a pleasant stay really even beach toys for children balloons... a big thank you to Patricia for the little welcome attention, location facing the marina perfect for daily walks and not far from the beach on foot I highly recommend.

Incredible value for money, close to everything, with stunning views of the coast. It will be suitable for a stay alone or with others. The owners are really proactive and attentive, not to mention friendly. Anyway, I would highly recommend it!

Ideal accommodation for couples with children, well-equipped and quiet. It is close to the sea and shops but away from the hustle and bustle. Pleasant host, responsive and accommodating if she can. Only small downside is the floors that you have to climb on foot. I highly recommend it. If I come back to the area, I'll take the same place again. Thanks again to Adeline ;-)
