Guilherme very good host, although he did not receive us, he was very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The premier hotel, the spectacular attention as well as the facilities. We really enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely pick it again.

Accommodation exactly as in photos. The location is perfect. We only use the car to go a little further away. The accommodation gate goes straight on the sidewalk, which is less than 1 block from the indoor street. The room has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The temperature in the city was 13 to 25 degrees. The room is warm and the blanket supplied our needs. We didn't get cold. Hot shower. Mr Olavo received us super well.

I gave the stay as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law. They loved it! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable and fully equipped for a good stay. The place was extremely beautiful and fragrant. Easy to access place close to everything. Gustavo was very cardinal and solicitous. He responds quickly, leaves no questions unanswered, and is an excellent host.

Bruna, a polite, receptive, proactive hostess, who showed empathy while the State of RS was already coming out of the rain crisis, but due to the POA Airport, unfortunately, we changed the date, and that weekend we had an incredible experience, everything was perfect, the stay, the welcome, the food and the logistics! Buona Vitta is fabulous! Be sure to go to Gramado, and when you stay at this hotel with Bruna, you will love it!!!

Franciele, extremely pleasant , was always on hand to assist . We had previously stayed at the hotel , I have 2 children and really worth it for those who have children , especially for the well-structured kids space and with helpers from 09:00 to 22:00. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers all meals . Wonderful Hotel Infrastructure, we'll definitely be back.
