La Bergerie a été entièrement rénovée dans un style traditionnel. Le Laurier et 3 autres gîtes (Thym, Romarin, Mûrier) bénéficient d’une entrée séparée, de la climatisation réversible, d’une vaste loggia avec une vue magnifique et tout le confort moderne. En commun, piscine (14x7) ouverte de mai à septembre, ping pong, baby foot dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Les propriétaires, présents occasionnellement, occupent une partie privative de la bâtisse avec un accès totalement indépendant.

It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, an unfenced 1500 m2 plot with 4x10 m pool, a large wooden terrace, and a fire pit. You will be 40 minutes from Nîmes, 20 minutes from Ales, 10 minutes from Anduze, Cévennes National Park, 1 hour from Montpellier and the beaches.
