It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay just below the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, the peace of the countryside, and wild animals, and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.
