We had a great time hiking nearby trails and seeing waterfalls.

We loved the farmhouse and hope to stay again! It’s historic but nicely updated and everything was very clean. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the river. Darell and Cindy were very responsive and friendly.

This place was everything we expected and more!!!! The view, the river, the peace and quiet cannot be overstated. This place is truly an escape from the city. Our family met up here from all over. Print out and study your maps! We got lost but ended up getting help from a kind neighbor and had quite an adventure.

Olivia was very helpful and accommodating while my husband has been in the area for work. Easy to communicate with and helpful on surrounding amenities.

This was one of the nicest Airbandbs we’ve stayed at. It was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and even a basket of toys for kids. We will definitely be back.

Loved the layout of the tiny house! Felt roomy & open. Pretty well-stocked for cooking-in (basic pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, cutting bds etc.). Could have used more bowls & dishware options. There was some coffee, tea, s&p, oil, other spices. Make sure to byo sugar & shower products. Had nice TV (Roku), comfy couch, warm throws, cool coffee table, well-located power strips. Bedroom lighting a bit dim, but rest of the house is bright & well lit. Nice bathroom & shower, & a baseboard heating unit in bathroom. Hosts were super responsive & quick to answer qus. Adjusting heating (gas fire place) a little tricky, msg hosts. Downtown Thomas was great, but weather was tough & a lot of stuff closed. Places we were able to go to & loved include: Elenders for dinner, Tip Top Coffee, Happy & More (apple caramel cookies), Creature Gallery, Emerald Tree Boutique (Davis). Also at Blackwater Falls, rec the BBQ Chick sandwiches & ice cream, the Elakala Trail for short hike.

This was the cutest space for our family vacation. Well designed, cared for, and truly full of everything we could need. We loved getting to cook in the kitchen, cozy up on the couch and pop into the state park just down the street. Our toddler got around just fine with the little step stools everywhere. It was wonderful and we’d stay here again.

The cabin was rustic and cozy , exactly what we expected. The property is beautiful and we spent a lot of time walking the grounds down to the river . We had a peaceful experience and would re book. Tashina and her husband checked in while on site to see if we had any needs . We enjoyed everything about this experience.

We had a lovely stay at Our Happy Place! From the moment of check in through our entire stay, Dijana was extremely communicative and flexible. She provided information on things to do in the area and was flexible with our stay due to a snowstorm. The playroom was amazing and the kids loved the video games and foosball. Overall, a wonderful time and we hope to return soon!

This is the second time my husband Seth and I have stayed at Hickory Hills Cabins and we've really loved it! It's definitely worth the price and the location is private and peaceful.

We normally stay at the Canaan Lodge but it was full. This was a good alternative!! The condo is great and kitchen is pretty well stocked, just bring your own oil! We cut our trip short and Brittany was great about refunding the unused night. The condo association has a play room, which was great for our kids on a rainy non-ski day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I took a last minute trip to West Virginia and was so excited to see that the Grain Bin was available! This was my 2nd booking with our host Scott (Brian), we stayed in his tiny home last time. The campsite is so beautiful, the homes are fully stocked, our host was gracious and most importantly I felt safe staying there alone. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip. Beautiful home. Tons of activities to do both in and around the house. Very spacious and clean. The perfect place for a long weekend getaway.

Excellent location, close to tons of activities and options. We loved the house and so much space!!! Exactly as described, very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything you could need and lots of space. Beds were comfortable with extra linens available. The views were amazing!! Would definitely stay in the future when we are in the area.
