I loved everything, great host! The house is as advertised, fully equipped and organized, wonderful pool in the condominium. And the best of all is the location, close to the center where there are several restaurants, close to a supermarket, cafes, beach, access to everything in a practical way. Quiet condominium and accepts pets!!!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

Mayra was super nice to us, flexible and responded very quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, everything clean and organized, it had all the cooking utensils. Personally, the balcony view is amazing! Waking up in the morning and seeing that sea was perfect! You just need to be very careful with children because the balcony has no safety net. It is very well located, with nearby restaurant options that you can walk to. On the last day we enjoyed the pool and it was great! My husband and daughter loved it too! I highly recommend you stay. Although tighter than shown in the photos, the apartment was good for me and my family. Ser petfriendly was a differential, in addition to being very well located, ventilated, near the waterfront and having a wonderful view. We missed some cleaning supplies as we stayed for many days and would like to have arranged the bathrooms better throughout the stay. The sofa could be more comfortable and we had difficulty accessing the living room tv, we mirrored it from the phone to the TV and resolved the situation. There were enough linens and towels. João was a fast host, answered our questions swiftly. No more, we like the experience and come back happy!

Check-in was very quick, I have nothing to complain about, perfect stay, we even received treats. I will definitely return.

The house is excellent! The ideal location... in a private neighborhood with 24-hour security... the pool is very good! Very good choice! I recommend renting a car for more comfort.

From the moment we booked through the platform, Helena contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the accommodation we had constant communication. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house, close to the main beaches such as Do Amor and Centro, and also close to supermarkets. Helena and her father welcomed us incredibly! They gave us a complete explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt right at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father helped us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts for a good stay. On the last day we got together to have a barbecue with them. Finally, I want to point out that Helena is a professional chef and has an incredible menu. I recommend you try the fish with shrimp. Tremendous!

Beautiful location inside a super safe condominium, stylish and cozy interior of the house, maintains a half-light proposal in the house creating a beautiful environment but I would prefer more natural light to enter during the day. The swimming pool and outdoor area, like the barbecue, are really nice, they were both relaxing. Good, clean rooms, good, comfortable beds. The location is good, but going to the beach with children without a car is a little more complicated, but this is a problem with PIPA and not with the house in particular. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely come back

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent. The house is beautiful, modern, very well-equipped and with a high-end structure. Everything is very well maintained and comfortable. The location is also great: in less than 5 minutes by car we were in the center of Pipa, and Praia do Madeiro is also very close — it takes about 10 minutes by car or you can go by a path inside the condominium itself, which was a differential. Vander and Marina's service was amazing. Super attentive, they helped us with several tips on restaurants, beaches, markets, tours and everything we needed. Always available and quick to respond, which made all the difference. We loved the experience and will definitely be back on our next trip to Pipa!

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

Excellent service, very comfortable and complete! A few steps from the most beautiful beach, Praia do Amor, the pool is large and comfortable. The apartment had everything, and Ulf and Cath's service was first-class!!

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!
