Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

We loved the hosting, we would definitely come back. Everything is very clean and organized, tasteful decoration. Beautiful view of the sea and Ponta Negra beach. Excellent location, close to craft fairs, restaurants and in front of a trailer space with several food options. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, bathroom items and extra towels. Carmem was also always quick to respond. We felt at home 🏠

The apartment has the perfect location: very close to the beach (less than 3 minutes), the main street and the bakery, market, etc. It's at the end of the floor, which gives more privacy by not having people passing in front (unlike others). In addition, it faces the pool and the sea (my favorite part). To get to the apartment, you take the elevator and then go up one flight of stairs (important to note). The apartment was very clean and had more bedding options (depending on how cold the person feels), everything is well divided and organized (air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.). In the building there is a restaurant with options for all meals, I had breakfast and found the price fair. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends who can go to Pipa. In addition, Fernanda was very kind and attentive to us.

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Great accommodation and location. We were close to commerce and at the same time to the beach. The flat was very clean and had the necessary to cook and store our purchases. Letícia's preparedness to answer us to answer our questions and fulfill our requests was excellent. The hotel's rofftop was also a very positive point of stay. Very good pool, hydro massage and bar with a very beautiful view of Ponta Negra beach. I recommend too much and we will certainly return.

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great, always responsive, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to Morro do Careca! The air-conditioners worked very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty getting around, it can be a point to note. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
