Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Campulongu

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

I highly recommend checking in to this apartment! It was easy to get in. The apartment is clean and spacious. Silvia was very helpful. We'll be sure to use it again in the future!

The apartment was wonderful. The rooms were large with very high ceilings. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality equipment. Even the knives were sharp, a rare thing in an Airbnb. There is a small balcony overlooking a nice square which has a Sunday antiques market. At the corner of the square is the stop for a small train that takes you around Cagliari's main tourist spots which was a good introduction to the city. The apartment was very close to the train station and bus stops. We purchased a bus ticket from the building on the seaside of the bus stops and caught the number 8 bus to the muesum. The museum was very good. We then walked down through the old street of Cagliari past most of the main tourist locations of Cagliari back to the apartment. A very good apartment in a great location

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

I highly recommend the stay. Great location, apartment clean and comfortable. Very good contact with the owner and hassle-free check-in even at night thanks to the remote door opening system. We are very satisfied ! ☺️

Daniele and his wife Serena were excellent hosts: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel as if we were at home. They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The small apartment, with attention to the smallest details, had everything you needed to stay. In the heart of the historic center for visiting Cagliari and convenient for getting around by public transportation, 5 minutes from the station.

We spent 10 days as a family of four in Pilar's beautiful apartment and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had (except for morning, friendly bird chirping) lots of peace and privacy. The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves at sunset. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the area, there are very nice beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia best), in about 20 minutes' walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is advisable to do larger purchases, for example, in Pula. Pilar was always available as a hostess and super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for a very nice vacation!

We stayed in Federico's house for four weeks, from mid-October until mid-November. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning in the lovingly furnished house. We enjoyed the beautiful garden every morning for a hearty breakfast. In particular, we would like to mention Federico's generosity and trust in us. Upon our arrival, he greeted us, showed us the house and garden, presented us with a great gift basket with Sardinian specialties and explained the important functions in the house. We've been to a lot of Airbnb houses and apartments, but we've never found so many private art pieces and pictures. It was very generous that we were allowed to charge our electric car free of charge at the wallbox in the garden with the solar power produced on site. Federico was always immediately available and solved any small problems that arose immediately or explained to us what to do. We highly recommend Federico's house.

marvellous apartment in distinctive, authentic building, equipped with all modern conveniences. Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Erica is an Exceptional host, very attentive to details, she is the kindest and is very thoughtful. The apartment is great and has more than you need and expect. The location is FABULOUS!! 5 stars ++++

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.
