Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had a great family vacation at Joe's Villa! The house is beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is ideal. By car you can quickly reach many beautiful places on the island. The garden is equipped with artificial turf, which is very useful in this area – it looks well maintained and is perfect for relaxing. Joe was a great host – friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend Joe and Villa Aurora and would come back anytime.

We were there for 9 days in early June and had a very nice time. The temperatures were warm to hot during the day and pleasant in the evening. We only had to turn on the air conditioning twice, which after a short consultation also worked perfectly. The apartment is well laid out. Ideal for family with children, not so good for 2 couples, because the back bedroom only has skylights. But they can all be opened and closed electrically and shaded, which gives you a super natural ventilation. It is very good that you can open all sliding doors to the outside and in front of them are integrated mosquito screens that can be pushed to the side like the doors. Perfect! We've been to Sardinia many times. What we like about the area is the mix between peace and relaxation in the house or on secluded beaches and the life and bustle in Vilassimius. With restaurants in all classes and wine bars. If you want gourmet cuisine, go to S'Olastinu… great!

From the get-go Marco was very responsive and helpful. He even gave us some beach restaurant recommendations. We had an easy check-in, to park on the road right outside for free is super convenient. The flat was clean and organised, nice sized bathroom. The patio is really lovely. Not a road with a lot of cars driving down so it was very peaceful for having a morning coffee. The view of the sea is great! The place itself was perfect for a week's stay. 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which is beautiful and calm water pretty much all day (although please note there is a hill to walk up back to the house that would be a problem if you're not an active person😂). About a half an hour walk all the way down the beach there is the port with a couple of nice bars to have a drink, also some great food options around there. With a car you have easy access to some big supermarkets, and can reach many amazing beaches within a 45 minute drive. Good value for money - would recommend!

The property is conveniently located both for walking routes to the adjacent beaches and for driving. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and very equipped. Thanks to Raffaella for the availability and prompt response to our questions.

Our holiday was perfect. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden. Die aussenbereiche waren sehr gemütlich. Und die Lage sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Our vacation was perfect. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. It was all there. The outdoor areas were very comfortable. And the location is very quiet. The contact with the owner was very kind and helpful. We'd love to come back.

We stayed as a family with two children, 4 and 6 years old, for a week in the accommodation and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean, the large garden very well maintained. The children appreciated the large garden to play, we parents the two seats to relax, read and drink coffee. On two sides of the property, two beautiful and different beaches can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The place is well equipped. Made beds, existing terry towels, toilet paper, equipped kitchen incl. Nespresso capsule machine. Massimo was very helpful from booking to check-out, the communication very pleasant. At check-in, Massimo and his son Lorenzo were on site, and they explained everything to us. We would like to book this place again one day.
