Tábata was very proactive in clarifying our questions, such as location, access, check-in, etc. Easy access to the condominium, quiet and safe surroundings, approximately 10 minutes walk to the center, literally in front of Pastelão do Maluf (for those who like pastel, great place!) and total tranquility. The apartment itself is exactly like in the pictures, wonderful fireplace, cozy in every way. We'll be back for sure.

The condominium is beautiful, super quiet, great for rest, has a beautiful back garden to sit in the late afternoon. The place is farther but it is secure and easy to access. I'll come back other times. The flexible and password check in made everything faster and easier.

The apartment is extremely beautiful with amazing views, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was extremely clean and organized, all with great care. In addition, the surroundings are quiet and very close to everything. Raphael is super kind and attentive, always communicative. My stay was perfect and I intend to return more often. :)

The house is very cozy. We went in four people and two dogs and really felt at home. All well tidy, clean. The warm house, the very beautiful backyard, flowery, a very wide space in which the dogs could stay calm. We love the covers: soft and very warm. Rose is a very willing person, received us very well and instructed us how to use what we needed and gave tips of where to go, where they accepted dogs and everything else. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be a place to host again when we go to Campos again.

Our hosting was very nice! The owner Gloria was kind and helpful and we found the house cozy! The three en-suites are large and comfortable. The room on the ground floor is very small (it is a service room with an electric shower bathroom), but it was very useful for our group. The location is great and super easy to get to in Capivari (15 min walk). We appreciate and recommend this house!

We felt at home in Antonio's beautiful house. It was all impeccable in a wonderful house in a neighborhood surrounded by green. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you Antonio and wife for the reception and kindness (and for the wonderful cake too)

Hosting matches the listing description. Cheap and accessible host. The house is quite complete in relation to utensils, everything was quite clean. The view from the living/balcony is very beautiful and the place is quiet, great for those who want to rest from the madness of a large city. While it is far enough away to be able to rest/relax, it is close to restaurants, markets and even tours, the location is great. I recommend.

Everything was impeccable. The house is bigger and more beautiful than the photos. Everything organized, clean linens, various kitchen utensils. It was all perfect. Just a dirt road of a little over 1km to get there, which was annoying. But nothing to get in the way of the ride.

The view is beautiful, even though we went on the Carnival holiday the atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. That's what I was looking for. We chose Gustavo's accommodation to spend New Year's Eve. The location is good, being easy to access, there are very close markets, bakeries and some restaurants that made it a lot easier. The house is on a street that gives access to many tourist attractions. About the house, it is a house that accommodates a couple well, good shower, good bed. Kitchen is functional, but you can't cook (there are few pots and small) plates, cups, cutlery and bowls are ok. Cleaning is ok The garage is narrow, so at first it's a little difficult, but after you get the hang of it, it's fine. It's a great cost-benefit. About the hosts, we were greeted by Mr. Florentino, who is very kind and helps with everything that is needed, responds quickly to messages and requests It's worth the stay.

Cibele has an extremely amazing, cozy and equipped space. Perfect for a couple stay. Everything in the space is extremely clean, new and tidy. The hydromassage is a high point, fully thought out in an intimate and comfortable space. The surroundings are very quiet, although the neighborhood is a little far from Centro/Capivari (about 25min). But for those looking for tranquility is perfect, as well as being very safe. Overall, a great place for those looking for a quiet stay for a couple in Campos do Jordão. Cibele is an excellent host and has a wonderful space that makes you feel at home.

Apartment in a very good location, comfortable, spacious, clean, and accepts small dogs, my pet was very well accommodated too. Armando was super attentive and helpful, as well as the entire building staff. Wooded surroundings, easy access to the center of Capivari. I hope to be back soon!

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

Me and my family really liked Márcio Gil's apartment. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4. It has central heating, where the shower is the highlight of comfort. It has all the appliances to make breakfast and other meals. The double bed is very comfortable. Márcio is a great host, very attentive and always available to answer any questions or needs. We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful and functional space...To get to the condominium it is easy the greater difficulty was to locate the block because there are many blocks and there is no signage on the road inside the condominium. If you need to cook light the basics tbm ( salt, oil). Don't forget the shampoo and soap tbm. Township Toilet Paper have! Fields is indeed an excellent option for those who want to escape the heat and hustle and bustle of large urban centers. We were very attentive host and communication was effective. I recommend the space and hope to return at the next opportunity
