We had a great experience in this home! The hostess is extremely helpful and helped us in everything we need. The view is simply wonderful, making the stay even more special. The house has several details that make a difference, such as an available fondue, which was very useful to make better use of the weather. The hot tub is amazing, perfect for relaxing after a day enjoying the house. In addition, the tennis court is very good to play, which was a great differential. The only point that could improve is the issue of barbecue, which needs to be scheduled in advance and, on the day we went, there was a fee of R$100 to use it. Another detail is the road: the road is all asphalted and in great condition, but the last 200 meters are dirt and a little irregular, requiring a little more care when passing through. Overall, the experience was excellent and we highly recommend!

Spacious house, everything working well and very clean! We liked everything! I suggest purchasing another heater for the third bedroom, but otherwise, everything was very good! We were very satisfied.

The house has a great structure. The children had a lot of fun outside of the house. The court and pool are the differential. Claudia is wonderful and helped us with the meals and organization. Pedro It was very attentive even with an error in the confirmation of the accommodation. They were very special days. Tip to be perfect for the house, I recommend new mattresses and change the pans and kitchen items:) I'll be back for sure!!!!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the bed linens are super fragrant and clean. The towels are very white. The house is very clean. The last 2 km to get to the house is a dirt road, a little bad, but the view of the house and the privacy makes up for it. The leisure area is amazing, the Jacuzzi is warm and the house comfortably and privately accommodates 12 people. And mainly, Yara was super attentive and responds super fast. I loved the experience, it exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at the house we rented in São Bento do Sapucaí. From the first contact, the owner Renata was extremely attentive, always ready to ask questions and make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The house is very pleasant, well cared for, cozy and with a quiet atmosphere that perfectly matches the climate of the region. Without a doubt, we recommend hosting and we thank Renata for all the attention and affection. We intend to return soon!

The stay was great! Rodrigo gave clear instructions on how to get there and about the dynamics of the house. The view is wonderful! !!! The outdoor space is very safe for pets, my two dogs were well accommodated. The house is relatively close to the Pedra do Baú trail, it is approximately 40 minutes by car to get to the beginning of the trail. But from the balcony of the house it is possible to see all its beauty and grandeur. Anyway, I highly recommend it if you like to be immersed in nature and value comfort and well-being!

The stay was wonderful, very quiet place, with lots of greenery, spacious, my dog took too much! The hosts were very available, sent videos explaining how they got to the house, received no when we arrived and still left cake, coffee and chocolates. We really feel at home. If you want a place to rest , this one is definitely the best option!

Quiet stay, just on the day of the exit another family arrived before my day, still within our time of stay, but this did not bother us, in fact they were bothered, not by what I understood the time of their check in was at nine, however, our check out was half a day. They were noticeably annoyed, but everywhere the check is always after half a day, after the end of the previous stay and with time after cleaning.

The house was extremely clean, the bedding smelling and new. The house is very spacious, the rooms well distributed to those who want privacy even if they are in groups. I recommend and we will definitely return.

Francisco's place is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful, airy, organized and cozy. My friends and I really felt at home Every detail is thought out with care and affection. Francisco always spoke with me very readily and kindly over the phone and the Marina that welcomed us at home and took care of our breakfast, a love of a person included. The location is very quiet and is about 5 min by car from Capivari. Super recommend and want to come back!

We were 3 couples and lots of kids. Everyone loved the house very much. The lawn was used a lot by the children, the main room is very cozy, with the fireplace lit at night it is sensational. Kitchen has everything you need, plus the wood-burning oven available. Cris and Luiz, who are caretakers, work very well and it is worth hiring their service. I recommend Outeiro da Pedra!

The house is beautiful, in the middle of nature and incredible peace. The view is wonderful, facing the valley, it is on the other side of Pedras do Baú, a little bar and Ana Chata. I felt right at home, so much so that I didn't want to go back to São Paulo. Albert is super helpful.

Both Arnaldo and the housekeeper, Mr Felix, were note 10. The house is beautiful and well cared for, has a great energy and this super complete. Casa Clean, well cared for, tasteful, we love. They were flexible upon arrival and on the way out, I ordered hose to wash bikes and were super requested, we love so much, better house that I have ever stayed in fields! 10/10!

Very comfortable house, spacious, cozy indoor area. Outdoor area has barbecue, wood-burning oven for pizza, lawn, etc… Good bedding, large and comfortable beds/bedrooms, spacious bathrooms. Kindness and promptness in the return, always from the host Renê. The caretaker José also welcomed us with kindness. A very pleasant stay with the family!

We were in a family group of 16 people, we were extremely comfortable. House even more wonderful than in the photos, spacious rooms, airy house, good bedding, everything impeccably clean and organized. We all loved the stay, and without a doubt, when returning to Campos we will stay at Sandra's house, always attentive and ready to help. The girl who takes care of the house named Sandra also deserves our thanks for the promptness and care of the house, everything really impeccable and wonderful.

We spend the days of Carnival in the house and love it. It is spacious, comfortable and has a delicious balcony with amazing views. During the day, we were able to see the nearby Cheststone and the skyline of mountains in the distance. At dusk, we watched the sunset from the cabin and at night, we saw the city illuminated in the distance and the starry sky. The quiet is absolute. Every once in awhile we received a visit from some neighborhood puppy, cat or d 'angola chickens who crossed the garden. The host, Ram, was extremely attentive, explained to us how to get to the place and was helpful throughout the stay. We highly recommend it.
