Our stay was perfect, Lia's apartment is very beautiful and cozy, it had beautiful Christmas decorations, it had all the necessary items and served us perfectly, the place is beautiful surrounded by nature, easy access. Lia is a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful, always answered me immediately, I can only thank you! We will definitely be back!

Simply charming! The experience was wonderful from beginning to end! The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos — every detail is thought out with very good taste and warmth. All super clean, well cared for and with a beautiful view. The location is also great, perfect for enjoying the charm of Campos do Jordao. I felt at home and would definitely come back. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The stay in the flat was very nice, cozy and the utensils and the place was clean and impeccable. The condominium staff were all attentive. It has several recreational areas such as tennis court, swimming pool, fitness center and walking places, as well as places to relax and enjoy the place. One of the very positive points was the restaurant that the place has in addition to the service that delivers in the room, it was very commodo, as we were totally away from the hustle and bustle of the carnival. Tania was 10, she was always worried and was very attentive. It would definitely return.

Communication was very easy to communicate. The building is located in a street of little movement and is super accessible. The stay was very enjoyable. The only thing that would make the site better than it is would be the installation of an air dehumidifier, rather than using an automatic environment flavoring spray. This would avoid the effects of moisture, such as mold and smell. It is nothing to discredit the property. It's just a simple, low-cost solution suggestion.

I loved the place. We were super welcome at the concierge, the place was clean and cozy, a very complete house with heater, kitchen and in general, super comfortable the location itself. I really loved it. About the distance of the locals, it is about 20/25 minutes walking to the center of capivari and has a little nightmare dying to climb back on the way back. Uber gives on average R$13.00 to R$18.00, but it has a nearby restaurant, bakery, supermarket. I loved the city, rental in general. Thanks, Jessica.

Wonderful stay, everything very clean and organized! Only the bathtub that I found a little small for a couple, but for one person it's okay. We loved the view!!! The hotel restaurant is very good, we had dinner and breakfast, which is paid at the exit, the price is good, breakfast had a lot of tasty options, everything wonderful! The young man who served us at the table was super nice!! The hotel has a wonderful scent. Regarding the location, it is easy to access, the road is paved, only a small part is not, but it was super quiet and is about 10 minutes from downtown Capivari

I would like to express my deep appreciation for the excellent treatment offered by Sylvio and the entire hotel staff during my stay. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, everyone demonstrated exemplary professionalism and hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. The apartment facilities were wonderful, providing all the comfort and convenience needed for a relaxing stay. The quality of the accommodations reflected the high standard of the hotel, as did the other structures I had the opportunity to enjoy. I would especially like to highlight the heated pool, sauna and hot tub, which were real highlights of my experience. These facilities not only offer a perfect space for relaxation, but are also maintained in excellent condition, showing the care and dedication of the team.

I stayed with my husband and my stepdaughter, we were delighted, super cozy and luxurious apartment. Wonderful showers, it was even pleasurable to bathe with those warm showers without feeling cold. All rooms are air-conditioned due to the heaters. We were very well received. Safe and beautiful place. Gratitude for the wonderful stay.

You're all set for the stay. Place as described on the listing. The instructions were clear to get there. The entrance to the gate and the reception check in were very quick. Well organized process. Accommodation well clean and with everything we needed. We would come back more often for sure.

Simple house but really very cozy. It has all the utensils for cooking and for a comfortable stay. The house was smelly and clean. Bed and bath linens are also clean without the smell of mold (and I'm boring lol). The house sleeps 5 people comfortably. It's not close to downtown, but that's what we were looking for, so for us it was great. The fireplace heated up from the cold... From the wood-fired oven, delicious food came out... Communication with Taís is excellent, she is always available.

Our stay was perfect, we were very welcome. What left to be desired was just the place to park ,as it was a truck we didn't have much room for maneuvering. Small car is quiet. But since my husband is a good driver , back out and nothing got in the way. But the very good location... well clean bedding,kitchen with a stove,fridge, nearby bakery,snacks and restaurants. And it was near Capivari Park. The very communicative couple.
