The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

I love this hotel, best pool of all (always hot) and complete apartment, with daily cleaning (perfect by the way), recreation, gym, playground, outside the view that this is worth it , makes you feel that you are in Campos itself!!🍁. We did not use the heaters, but it had in the bedrooms and even in the living room .. many cabinets in the bedrooms, and places to support the suitcase.. Tv and internet great… everything perfect !! Note: Normal iFood arrives is one thing we love: towel dryer in the bathroom, we would bathe with the warm towel kkk

My stay was perfect!! The apartment is super organized! On site there is a restaurant with affordable prices and delicious food, it's worth eating on site before going out! The gym is impeccable! Toy room with several options. You can book without fear! Ana is very attentive

The apartment is really nice. New, well furnished, clean and well located. We were with children and managed to walk from the apartment to the center of Capivari. Size just right for our group, with 3 adults and 3 children. What stood out most was the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed linen and towels, new and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. We spent great days in the apartment and were always well attended by Yasmin when we had any questions or concerns. I recommend it!

Property exactly as per the advertisement, neat and organized space, very enjoyable of estaar. It has all the amenities described and well prepared to host. The condominium has pleasant and well-kept leisure spaces. Efficient communication by wahtsapp with the hosts.

We spent perfect family days in the condominium. My 6-year-old son loved the recreation with Aunt Ju, made friends and had a lot of fun on the courts, swimming pool, hydro, toy library, playground. The restaurant has a great cost benefit. covered vacancy, elevators. all friendly and thoughtful staff. The apartment is warm, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. without the smell of mold (this is always a concern for allergies like me). The site is high on the mountain, near the peak of the itapeva, in a wonderful neighborhood that looks like Europe. Although far from the center, it has easy access by car and without traffic to the capivari. Can close without fear! We have discovered our corner in fields!!

I couldn't be more perfect the trip I made with my family to this house!! It was an amazing experience! Mrs. Junia, Mr Cleiton and Mrs. Maria were extremely friendly and helped us with absolutely everything! The house is spotless! Extremely spacious with its 4 very comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms with an excellent hot bath, fully equipped and clean kitchen. The outside then... it felt like a club! Fully equipped barbecue area along with a really cool game room, a green area that our dogs loved, a tennis court we played for hours! The house is so amazing that on one of the days of the trip we decided not to leave so we could enjoy it. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

We spent incredible days at the Gilberto estate, creating memories that remained forever. The house is more astonishing in person than in the pictures and each space to take advantage of the countryside is thought out in a unique way. The floor fire, the gym within the property beyond the beautiful garden surrounding the house makes the days more pleasurable to enjoy every corner of this place. Gilberto was one of the best hosts I had on Airbnb with agility in communication and always very cordial. Hope to be able to return soon!

Great house. Only the bath towels, super small, disproportionate to the level of the house . We had a small setback with the two-suite water heater for two days. The rest of the village, everything impeccable. We will return.

The house is on beautiful land, facing Pedra do Baú and the São Bento do Sapucaí valley. Despite being far from the city, the landscape, the silence and the possibility of getting to Bauzinho on foot, in a short distance, is very much worth it. Another highlight is the structure of the house, which is complete for those who like to cook and very comfortable, for those looking to rest. The communication and attention from Nelson and Carlinhos, the caretaker, were essential for us to arrive at the house well-guided and also at the entrance and other needs and questions. For those seeking peace, a beautiful view and pleasant days in the mountains, it is a great choice.

I had a great stay at Cris's place, a comfy and cozy accommodation. The house was clean and has all the utensils. My pets love it, too. Everything I needed Cris was always proactive and allowed us to be very calm about everything.
