We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

A magnificent house with a breathtaking sea view. Ideal for families looking to spend quality time together in a quiet area. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, but you need a car. The house itself was beyond expectations, has all facilities, and invites to live outdoors. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, preparing an omelette while enjoying the sea view, I will never forget. Enjoying the evening from the very large Spa and taking an outdoor shower, we were totally unwinded after our week. Sicily is also such a great place. Special thanks to Francesco and his team for the hospitality and accurate communication.

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.

We really enjoyed our stay in Luca's place! Great to have the jacuzzi, lovely view. Apartment had everything we needed. Near to the beach. Definitely recommend! Very easy communication with the host who was always available to help and gave clear instructions. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding slopes with lots of nature!Despite seclusion, restaurants, tabaccio and small souvenir shops are within walking distance (800m). There is an absolutely delicious cafetteria and the Scopello Market 2 km away! A beautiful beach is also within walking distance (5 min). Vincenzo is a very helpful and friendly host. Since we were there in the low season (early April) and it was quite cold especially in the evening, we had to divide the hot water for showering a bit, as this was quickly used up. The only downside we had underestimated was that you share the driveway with the neighbors. If these are present at the same time, privacy (if you want to use the terrace) is very limited. Unfortunately, grilling is not allowed, which we found very unfortunate.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We spent my husband's birthday and the holidays in Fulvio's comfortable villa and enjoyed a wonderful time there. The house was very clean and spacious and the mentioned amenities were provided. There is a restaurant (Graffiti) within walking distance of the house, but for the other amenities, such as a supermarket and the like, I would still recommend a rental car. Highly recommended is Mondello beach, even in the winter period it is good to stay there. Palermo city is about 20 minutes by car from the villa and the airport about 25 minutes by car. There are several (historical) sights in the area, so you won't get bored. Fulvio himself is very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and host.

We had a pleasant stay at Salvatore's place. The sea view was beautiful, especially in the morning. Salvatore is a very friendly and available host. Recommended!

Very good support, cool to have private access to the sea! Good place to visit different nice places, bakery in walking distance if you like a morning walk, open at 7 am!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

A beautiful little house between the sea and orange fields. 10 minutes from the center of Sciacca and the state road to Agrigento. Perfect location to reach the archaeological sites of the area. The calm and tranquility give this beautiful place a magical touch. Lorenzo is very kind and attentive to every question and advice. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We had very relaxing days there. The house was great, very nice and modern and the view of the sea and the rocks of Cefalu was just great.

We greatly enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool. The Italian weather was a nice gift for us in April. The owners are extremely friendly. Everything was as described in the listing. I'd recommend to everyone. Extra tip: We sailed with a motorboat via Makari Boat rental in Castellamare del Golfo. Very cool to do. What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Counting the days to come back to the pearl of Sicily ❤️

The property is a great starting point for day trips to Sicily. The good train connections to Palermo and the airport are an absolute plus. The house is quietly located in a residential area and the view from the roof to the sea is just great.

Marina’s apartment above the beautiful beach if calla mazzo di Sciacca was a wonderful place to relax with my family for a week. The weather was extremely hot, so we spent most days at the pretty beach enjoying the clear water, shoals of fish and getting drinks and snacks from the beach bar. Marina’s air conditioned flat was a great place to escape the heat and sunshine and we had peaceful siestas each day. The locality is a quiet beach side villa complex just 3 minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to Scopello village for restaurants. We explored other local beaches too including the ones in the beautiful Zingaro reserve. Marina was an excellent host, always on hand to communicate with on any issue. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful break.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.
