Francesco's annex is a great base to tour part of Umbria as I did (from Norcia to Perugia without major problems). The clubs are not too large but inside there is room for everything, the area around is really very quiet and with a view that is not elsewhere. Francesco was an available host who welcomed us at check-in and provided us with all the necessary information even before the day of arrival. I highly recommend spending a few days here if you plan to take a vacation in Umbria

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). At Nonna Nuccia's you immediately feel at home, in a beautiful cozy home, with attention to detail and a great atmosphere. Andrea welcomed us with kindness, told us the story of the house and the area and gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat. Not only that, to refresh us after the trip he made us find a very good tart and other small gifts that we really appreciated! Fabriano and its surroundings are full of corners to discover and landscapes to admire. Our weekend flew by, but we wish it had lasted longer!

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!
