Wir waren sofort begeistert von unserer Unterkunft. Das Haus von Serena liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück umgeben von wunderschönen Bäumen, einer außergewöhnlich schönen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, einem großen Esstisch und einer Eiche, die Schatten spendet. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Respekt vor der Natur angelegt. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt los wandern, der Mann von Serena kennt sich gut aus und kann tolle Wandertipps geben. Wenn man nur wenige Kilometer fährt, ist man schon auf über 1000m Höhe. Auch wenn es sehr heiß ist, kann man von dort bei angenehmen Temperaturen tolle Wanderungen machen, die uns immer wieder begeistert haben. Die Wohnung, ein ehemaliger Stall, ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet worden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Serena und Paolo sind perfekte Gastgeber, immer freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 12 Tage dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück. Danke!!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed his place. Here are the pros and cons. Cons A/c was hard to figure out. I was not aware there were 3 units to have to turn on and set. Bar noise on night one until 2:00 am. What you get in busy area. Parking is really a long way away and uphill and you have to pay for it. Not a park and get out place. Be prepared to walk. Pros Location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and sites. Private location. View was much better than expected. Very nice place. Decorated great. Very large. Easily enough room for 5 or 6.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb properties I've ever had the pleasure in experiencing. It's a penthouse apartment overlooking the tiled rooftops of Siena, with a view straight across to the famous church tower. Taking your morning coffee here with the pigeons is one of the most serene things you could imagine. Pure Italy. There's also a rooftop garden we could pull fresh cherry tomatoes and basil from for our cooking. It's located literally a 3-minute walk from the main piazza, and in the middle of all Sienna's shopping, walking, and dining attractions. Nicoletta was patient with our travel schedule, and met us on the later side of our check-in without a problem.

Wonderful time in La Limonaia, Monica and Fabrizio were great hosts and the room was spacious and lovely. Bedroom was comfortable, towels and pillows were good quality (major bonus), place was clean, lovely decor, spacious, and the barn was a plus!! It’s a bit remote and nothing was open after 7pm nearby for water or necessities so definitely something that needs to be purchased ahead of time. The kitchen was complete with everything, would have loved some kind of paper product like napkins or paper towels but we made do. I definitely will be back and can’t wait to bring friends and enjoy more time here. They offer a lovely breakfast in a picnic basket which was just the most lovely touch!

Spędziliśmy w tym domu cały tydzień. Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt. Claudio był pomocny i wytłumaczył nam wszystkie kwestie związane z zamieszkaniem. Gospodarz czekał w miejscowości obok. Było to ważne ponieważ droga dojazdowa jest specyficzna. Ogólnie zalecam auto z wysokim i dobrym zawieszeniem, ewentualnie 4x4. Są spore koleiny i dziury (były akurat poprawiane podczas naszego urlopu) i na pewno stanowi to wyzwanie dla zwykłych aut czy suvów. Droga jest szutrowa. Nam akurat się to podobało i mieliśmy frajdę w jeździe naszym autem terenowym. Jeżeli chodzi o dom to jest to przepiękna, stara i klimatyczna nieruchomość. Styl widać na zewnątrz i w środku. Świetny basen. Piękne widoki i otoczenie. Kwintesencja Toskanii. Dobra baza wypadkowa na wycieczki. Nie zmieniłbym tam nic. Wyposażenie jest kompletne. Czystość również bez zastrzeżeń. Ogólnie top!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were responsive, and the place was very well situated- walkable to the center of town (up a big hill). It was nice and quiet, beautiful garden, lovely cooking facilities.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

This is our second time in this lovely apartment and we wouldn’t have a second thought of making our third time. Silvia and Tomasso always respond promptly when messaged and always make sure all is well! Ci vediamo, Katie.

The stay at Tommaso's farm house was perfect! I would even so it was the highlight of our visit to Tuscany 🙌 Great location near Castellina in Chianti, which made it easy to pick up supplies and visit places nearby. The swimming pool and the view were also just perfect to hang out and relax. Recommend reading the check-in instructions before you get there so you check-in at the right place in town 😅 That was our small mistake, but the people at the hotel check-in were super friendly and helpful. Can totally see us coming back again. Thanks for such an amazing stay!

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
