Good location, decent standard in fair price. Good communication, no complaints.

A lovely, homely, well designed space with two small double rooms (plenty of storage) and bathroom with access downstairs to a pretty interior patio. This house has 'soul'. Host is delightful and very helpful. Very easy parking with a large parking lot 2 minutes from house. We will certainly be back. Best to rent both rooms if you don't want to share with strangers.

Before booking the studio, we asked if it had a garage and he told us that if, the same day before we go, he tells us that if we want a garage that we have to pay him €15 more per night, and parking on the outside is very complicated.

Such a warming welcome from the host and his boys. The house, situated in a lovely gated community, covered all our needs. Upon arrival it was clean, spacious and exactly like the pictures. It had all the amenities for us to feel like home. The grounds surrounding had three pools which were cleaned daily, play area, beds for sunbathing and relaxing. The house was in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and other necessities. Our kids enjoyed the lego, cars and other toys that were left to play with. The hills surrounding the house are used for hiking, running, walking and mountain biking. The host left us with an informative booklet that was handy if we were wondering anything. The only downside to our trip was we had difficulties getting a fire on the grill as it was too windy. Other than that, just fantastic! Please, If looking for a host and house in the area, don't hesitate as this was our first experience booking through airbnb and could not recommend our host enough. 10/10

If you enjoy staying in beautiful historic buildings in lovely mountain villages then you’ll love it here…. Our charming and traditionally furnished suite was comfortable with a sitting area (sofa, dining table), small kitchenette (fridge, sink, 2ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle), bedroom with large bed and a small shower room. We also had a small balcony and enjoyed a morning cup of tea in the sun. WiFi worked well. We watched TV in the lovely ‘salon’ downstairs. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and flexible. We loved hearing all about the history of the house and Peter was really helpful with advice about local walks and restaurants. We parked for free in the plaza carpark just a few meters from the house. This is a beautiful area - cork oak forest, lovely river…and if you enjoy nature then we recommend it.

Tara’s place was a great location, right in the centre of where we wanted to be, walkable to the bus stop to get us to MotoGP Jerez which was the purpose of our visit. William was also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Deborah and Gert were perfect hosts! They are warm and welcoming people and their kids are super polite! Their accomodation is luxurious and even better in person. The bed is very comfy and the outside kitchen is charming at night. We will be booking with them again in the future, we would recommend their rooms to everyone!

Sandra and her husband are super friendly, welcoming and flexible. The place is located in a very quiet area close to the beaches by car. We really enjoyed the pool and the dogs. Perfect for weekend getaway!

Everything was perfect. The owners are very pleasant people and the flat ia comfortable.The street was quite. However there is a popular small caffee bar in the neighbourhood that is open from 7 AM... I am not a good sleeper so that I preferred using earplugs. Not a problem if you are well prepared for your trip! We definitely enjoyed our stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at Teresa’s home, she is a great host, very responsive and extremely helpful. It’s good to be aware you’re staying in someone’s home so they may access the property if they need to but communication was good and there were no issues. We met Fran (Teresa’s husband) who was lovely. The outdoor area was great with the seating area and sunbeds, the pool is a welcome addition especially when it’s hot but could have been cleaner, there is a net to use to clear bugs and leaves when necessary. Overall we had a brilliant time, felt welcomed and would definitely recommend staying here; as a family of three we would 100% return to Teresa’s home. Marbesa is lovely with great restaurants (Club 200, Simbads and Triana) and walking distance to the beach.

Alonso is a great host, since my arrival he has been pending to resolve my doubts and concerns. The place is very nice, cozy, and you can rest perfectly. I stay with my 2 year old baby and I really like it because the child could move both inside and in the yard with total security. I would definitely repeat it again!

As my daughter described it, the basement has a nice and spacious rustic vibe, very quiet and comfortable… the only missing things were a microwave and a washing machine… but even with those amenities missing, it continues to be a charming place to stay

A really idyllic, restful and special place. Giles and Miranda are wonderful hosts, who will do all they can to make you feel welcome and at home. Their place has lots of lovely seating areas, a great pool and is really peaceful, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant 3-4-week stay in this lovely place with a beautiful view of nature and stunning sunrises. The location in the historical center was perfect—pretty, quiet, and close to the square and restaurants, but also close to many nice hiking trails. Ricardo and his mom are very sweet people who help out with local tips. Every now and then, I would find some local oranges on my fridge shelf, which was a very thoughtful gesture! The rooms and bathroom and the toilet are a bit separate from the rest of the house, so you have your privacy. But being in the kitchen and common areas reminds you that you really are in someone's home, where they live their regular lives, from cooking to watching tv to napping on the couch. I loved being there, and I am looking forward to coming back!

The place is wonderful, ideal for the family. the mountain views from the pool are incredible. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing is, the Italian coffee maker was broken, but the sweet taste works perfectly. I recommend it 100%

great place, close to Coín and yet in nature, nice people, very quiet, nice wide bed, nice space, tips about the area, nice breakfast (if you want), nothing to criticize. Recommended!

Beautifully located apartment in a quiet area of Sotogrande. The beach is a five minute walk away, the port of Sotogrande a 15 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped and communication with the landlady Nataliya was flawless. Highly recommendable!
