This brand new ground floor apartment is in block 2, and is decorated with elegant and ultra-eclectic furniture. It can sleep 4 adults. Just under 100 sq. meters it has a fully furnished terrace. All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. It enjoys a terrace with seating and is in a very peaceful area. It has 2 bedrooms, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom. It has a brand new stunning fully equipped state of the art open kitchen with high end appliances, oven & fridge, and coffee machine and washing machine. Ground floor so easily accessible for children and elderly persons. It is the perfect place to relax. The Lagoon entry policy is that to enter the Lagoon each guest will receive one pass/wristband per bedroom in the apartment (i.e. a 2 bedroom apartment will get 4 passes/a 3 bed will get 6 passes). Please keep these wristbands (passes) safe as they are expensive & difficult to replace and make sure you leave them inside the apartment. Some properties have an alarm system with cameras, but these are not operative during guests stay. They have a lid or cover for privacy. The alarm switch is by the front door, please do not press or activate. -Strictly no pets/no vaping or smoking inside (you may smoke on the balcony) /no parties allowed. Our price includes for all our properties • Air Conditioning (Hot/Cold), • entry and exit cleaning, • and we include sheets, towels and linen as well as beach towels per person booked. In stays over 11 nights a mid-stay clean is included & change of linen & towels (except long discounted stays). Please note the mid stay clean is complimentary, (its normally early at 10am or after 4pm, due to the heat, so if we cannot access the property we can’t re schedule on short notice). We ask you to leave the house tidy for the mid-stay clean so our ladies can work swiftly and please remove all rubbish. They have a key. • We provide a welcome basket with water, coffee capsules, drinks & snacks on arrival, • soap and toilet paper/basic cleaning products, • a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cooking utensils, etc), • a washing machine and iron/ironing board & airer, • oven and hob, • coffee machine Nesspreso/Kettle/Toaster, • a Dishwasher/Fridge-Freezer, • and hair dryer/Coat hangers.
