The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. One-bedroom apartment on the upper floor, accessible by independent stairs in the back of the farm. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Outdoor space on a large terrace with spectacular views of the medieval villages of the area. La cinciallegra is a lively little bird, a symbol of joy and carefreeness. The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket.
