We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant experience! The apartment is located in an enviable location, close to the center, all amenities, connections and especially the sea. The unit is golden of all the necessary comforts, and even more, it is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Daniela and her staff were really friendly, nice and kind! Definitely recommend.....and go back!

Giulio was the most amazing host. We had a few trouble (unrelated), Giulio went well out of his way to help us and make our experience very special. I would honestly recommend everyone to stay here as you will not be disappointed. The apartments space is absolutely stunning, lots of greenery, very peaceful and not to mention, his charming cat. It will really up your experience and make you feel like you are seeing the real Italy. 10/10 would love to return some day.

Apartment located in a beautiful historical setting with usable outdoor spaces and swimming pool, the view towards the sea in the evening is beautiful. Pleasant proximity to the town center, which can be easily visited on foot. Parking is convenient and free. Rodolfo was very kind and his availability allowed us to spend a pleasant week.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

We were personally received by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial sea views. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town and the very beautiful gravel beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. What makes Tenuta la Santissima truly unforgettable is not just the setting or amenities, but the heart behind it. If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Lorenzo’s beautiful home tucked away in this pretty valley is a little piece of paradise! The property was no problem to find with Lorenzo’s directions and the self check-in was easy. The space was spotless and tastefully decorated — the pictures only tell half the story! It seemed like around every corner around the property, there was another thoughtful, pretty sitting area to enjoy the view, a meal or a quiet moment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The location is a bit off the beaten path yet only an hour from the sea or Sienna and an hour and a half from Florence, perfect for exploring the region some days and just enjoying to house and gardens on others. The nearby village has a small but well-stocked grocery store, a nice little bar for aperitivo on the village square and a couple of very good restaurants that cater to the locals — we felt very much at home there immediately! Thank you, Lorenzo, for such a wonderful experience under the Tuscan sun!

Our stay was amazing. The villa was as advertised and more. Quiet, clean, beautiful setting, and walking distance to the heart of Sienna. It was great to have off street parking, so no hassles at all. The walk to Piazza de Campo was only 15-20 minutes, with a little bit of an up hill climb at first, but no big problem. We would highly recommend staying here.

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we'd love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

The accommodation is in a large family building perched on a hill and offers a splendid view of the Tuscan landscape. The interior matches the photos perfectly. There are many ornaments, paintings, souvenirs of all kinds that evoke the generations that have succeeded one another in this beautiful home. The pool is exceptionally large and perfect after a day of discovery. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but Antiionetta provided 2 welcome fans. The car can be parked in the courtyard.
