Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The House in the Castle

Das Haus im Castello war wunderschön. Wir haben die Ruhe und Natur sehr genossen. Graziella und Mario waren herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber, die uns freundlich empfangen haben und sich rührend um uns kümmerten. Der Ausblick aus dem Garten auf die Berge und die Atmosphäre im Bergdorf war einfach traumhaft, fast schon unwirklich schön. Wir haben sehr schöne Wanderungen gleich vom Haus aus unternommen und durften tolle Städte besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn es war etwas ganz besonderes.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'app Baltimora ad agosto . La dimora è esattamente come nelle foto: incantevole e con un app davvero stupendo e curato nei dettagli . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e siamo stati accolti con un kit di benvenuto incredibilmente ricco, cosa che non ci era mai capitata in altri luoghi. Si sono premurati di chiedere in anticipo se avessimo intolleranze alimentari dimostrando un'attenzione rara. Abbiamo trascorso momenti di puro relax nella veranda cenando all'aperto e godendoci la tranquillità del posto con tramonti stupendi! La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono servizi e ristoranti e da lì abbiamo visitato molti luoghi che ci interessavano ritornando poi alla sera a rilassarci in piscina . Un plauso a tutti ..Andreea ,Ralf e Valerio che si sono distinti per gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione fin da subito rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Siamo certi che ci torneremo per una futura vacanza in Umbria!

Il piccolo appartamento nel casale di Alba Magdalena corrisponde esattamente a quanto indicato e mostrato nelle foto. E' un'oasi di pace con bellissima vista sulla valle e sui paesi intorno. L'attrezzatura è stata più che sufficiente per i nostri soli due giorni di soggiorno. Alba Magdalena è stata molto cortese e scambiare anche solamente qualche parola con lei è stata una bella esperienza. L'alloggio si raggiunge molto facilmente con le indicazioni fornite e con l'aiuto di un sistema di navigazione satellitare. Da lì è facile muoversi nei bellissimi dintorni (a pochi chilometri è possibile trovare ristoranti e/o botteghe). Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Ci ha subito rapiti la panoramica dal suo balcone che affaccia sulle valli Umbre, solo questo è stato sufficiente per apprezzare l'alloggio, che l' abbiamo trovato comodo per le stanze, scomodo però da raggiungere. Ma se vuoi goderti un panorama da mozzafiato qualche piccola rinuncia la si può accettare. Host impeccabile e un grazie particolare a Filippo che ci ha aiutato nelle nostre piccole disavventure.

We had a lovely couple of days in beautiful surrounding, Spoleto and the countryside, ideal for cyclists. Roberto's house is comfortable, peaceful, in a very nice location close to Spoleto. Casale Bellavista, superb views, private pool

This stunning villa is located on the hills outside of the town of Campello Sul Clitunno with spectacular sunset views of Spoleto, wider Umbria and hills. There are some tight and steep turns getting up to the villa so bring a good car and driver. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, two living rooms, two terraces and five bathrooms, offering perfect privacy for larger groups. The welcome was warm and check-in and check-out smooth and easy. There are incredible pasta shops and restaurants nearby and a plethora of beautiful Umbrian towns within a 30-60 minute drive. Overall an unforgettable Italian holiday.
