We came to Arran for a golf trip. Four aspiring golfers in our fifties. Claire’s place had ample space for us all, was well provisioned with books and games and the kitchen had everything we needed, It’s nicely appointed and makes you feel like you are on holiday by the sea. The shop and coffee shop next door was brilliant and stocked with great local and high end products. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The apartment was perfectly located! Less then 5 minute walk from ferry. Also very close to shops and restaurants. We had a great sleep as beds super comfy! Also the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch! thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful flat in a very central location. Photographs don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed and an extremely comfy bed. The shower being in the bath for us was a challenge! Christian was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks for a brilliant stay ❤️

We loved our stay here, the flat was beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super clean and well equipped. Being able to have proper coffee in the morning was a lovely treat.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location for main attractions on Millport. Comfortable beds with lovely fresh bed linen. My granddaughter loved the fairy lights and curtained bunk bed! Well equipped squeaky clean kitchen. Children’s games and toys were enjoyed. We were completely overwhelmed with the fabulous welcome basket with treats for everyone! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this little flat it was perfect for all our needs.

W stayed at Jameswood Villa for a family event in Blairmore. When we arrived my partner and I were really happy and excited with the accommodation and really admired the design of the place. There was parking right outside, which would be handy in the unpredictable weather, and everything in side was clean and cosy. Our hosts were responsive to our messages before our stay and very accommodating, and were responsive when I was getting a little muddled on finding the house after an eight hour drive 😅 – but this was more my error, and after a few patient and helpful messages checking in (and checking out) was smooth and easy. If we were visiting the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Jameswood.

Beautiful traditional building, well equipped kitchen and lovely decor. Tranqil with great walking.

Lovely peaceful location. Amazing views and we watched the ships on the Clyde in the evenings. We swam right outside the flat in the bay and the water was clear. Lovely walk from the cottage to the lighthouse that would be great for a dog walk.

Lovely accommodation, good location, nice welcome pack with a bottle of fizz in the fridge and treats for the dog. Very clean and tidy. Good communication with owner, good recommendations for places to visit and eat. Lovely little Island, friendly people and everyone we met was very accommodating.

Just spent a week at Avondale and I would highly recommend it. The flat was much bigger than we expected, beautifully clean, loads of parking and what a view! Ulrike was easy to contact and very helpful.

Had the best stay on Arran with family and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to ferry, beach, shops, cafes, restaurants,bus stops and the beach bar!Clean, spacious, well equipped and good communication with owner. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely accommodation and great hosts made the trip to Campbeltown very enjoyable. Simon and Dawn were very helpful and the accommodation was spotless and exactly as described. I'd have no hesitation booking the same place for another visit in future.

I would have given 10 stars. A beautiful apartment with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. My grandson loved the sky tv and great wifi. I was quite happy sitting at the window with a coffee and looking out at the loch. This was my favourite stay in Campbeltown and I will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Marine Place within 12 months. The location couldn’t be better, ample safe off-street parking, within comfortable walking distance of Rothesay. The flat and all its facilities are a comfortable, well-maintained, clean and cosy place to stay in. We’d gladly return here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful accommodation - the pictures don’t do it justice. Super location with shops and pub/restaurant just a few doors away. All rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Welcome hamper was especially kind. We can’t wait to visit again !

I cannot say enough about our stay at Ardbeg! Keith was the consummate host!! Attentive, always responsive, offered endless suggestions for us and so very kind! He and Sally met us at the flat and showed us everything we needed to know and provided good info for the area. The space had the best view we’d ever seen and it was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay to make it feel like home. Bute lives up to its name- BEAUTIFUL!!! We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back soon!!!

Cliff is a fantastic host and his property is brilliant. I would like to give more than 5 stars if there is an option. The property has a scenic view of the loch and the sea directly from the bedroom and living room. The rooms are ventilated, very clean and perfect for a family. He has provided all the key amenities in the kitchen, the living room, bedrooms and the bathroom. Everything was spotless. The property had TVs in every room including bathroom, refrigerator, oven, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. Cliff has kept all the necessary spices, milk, kitchen utensils. It shows that he looks after the guests very meticulously. We were very impressed. We had a fantastic stay in Dunoon which had been made memorable by Cliff as a brilliant host. In fact, we had extended our stay by a day and it was fully worth it. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended.
