Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Campbell County

We had a wonderful family reunion and left with incredible memories. The house was incredibly, everyone loved it. Jennifer is a great host Thank you again for everything.

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

Mary Beth was wonderful to work with. She accommodated our last minute reservation for us due to weather driving us farther south. The place was beautiful, secure and safe. We will definitely be back!

This house is in a beautiful location and has everything you need for some time away. Britney was very responsive and immediately fixed an issue that arose and was very communicative about it. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

This was our second trip to this place, and it was a memorable trip again. The owner has been friendly and quick to response, and she tried her best to accommodate our needs. The location is isolated so perfect for a vacation if you want some solitude time. The lake view was beautiful, so I truly enjoyed having conversation with my friends at the balcony. Overall it's a great vacation home.

Really enjoyed our stay. The price and value matches the home. It may be a little dated but it’s clean, inviting, and fairly priced. We were in the area for some SXS riding and the location allowed us to stage at different trailheads throughout the Windrock park each day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the property. Also, TONS of parking. We had 4 full size vehicles, 3 trailers, and 3 SXS’s. Very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Caryville. It was a terrific fit for budget, space, and convenience!

We needed two minor things remedied, Natalie’s response time was phenomenal. Also, I loved that the place was so clean and did not smell like dogs! We needed a dog friendly place , it is always a concern that we may have pet odors from previous pet visitors. Not the case. Love that. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Great spot on Norris Lake! It was perfect for our family vacation. Hoping to stay again next year!

Tim and Candy (sorry if that's wrong) were awesome hosts! They're super nice, very responsive and attentive. The BNB is private and very homey. They provide everything you need to cook and to do laundry. The bed is very comfortable and is equipped with nice linens. Overall a great BNB, with great hosts.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

The place was lovely and was very comfortable. Easy to find and just far enough out of town to avoid the crowds that can come with the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Very roomy and bed was comfortable but a bit small with it being a full size bed. Had everything we needed and easy parking. Only drawback we had and this is the first time ever was that the cleaning crew was extremely late and did not arrive until well after our check-in time (which we weren't aware of until arrival). They took about an hour to get it cleaned up. These things happen, I am sure. But the host or rather their hosting service (I believe) was non-responsive when we reached out to find out what was going on. We only received automated arrival and departure communications. Never got a call/message regarding the issue we had with cleaning. Ultimately it worked out just fine and we had a great stay.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s all over the country and this one is by far my favorite! The location was perfect for any and everything in Knoxville. The view was breathtaking! Especially at sunset! It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is so clean with great quality furniture, linens, and pillows. I will be booking this spot for all trips to Knoxville!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Casie was such a sweet and amazing host ! Very helpful & made sure we didnt need anything ! If we did need anything i know 100% i could have contacted Casie and got whatever i needed quickly! 10/10 in my opinion the views are absolutely beautiful! Walked right in and felt like i was at home !
