We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

Highly recommend. We stayed for a SXS trip, and it was about a 15-minute SXS ride from the house to the RRB campground. No trailering required which is exactly what we were looking for. Super cute home and close to many things. If you do stay here, I highly highly recommend visiting "Little Egypt". It's within walking distance from the house and breathtaking.

5-Star Stay for a Dirtbiking Getaway! I had the best stay at this Airbnb while riding dirtbikes in the area! The place itself was super cute, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape. It was conveniently located near some amazing trails—Blue Royals was a blast and so close by! One of the highlights was checking out DTF, a great local spot with delicious burgers that hit the spot after a long day of riding. Overall, this Airbnb was the ideal base for an adventure-filled trip, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

Nothing fancy, but it was spacious and comfortable enough for our group. The place was very clean. Plenty of parking for our 3 trailers. Easy access to Windsock made it a great place to stay for the weekend.

Quick business trip. Can describe Flossie’s in two words - Comfortable and quaint. Everything you need. Decorated for Halloween!! Misty is responsive and helpful. High speed internet was a plus. The house is secluded for peaceful sleep. Front porch perfect place to sit and relax. Location is a good ways from any restaurants - you’ll enjoy the scenery as you venture out.

When we arrived the place was just as described. Clean, peaceful, great yard. Issues with the internet and we notifed them and they were quick to respond and they quickly moved us to another house next door. This house was also beautiful and clean. They recommended the local restaurant at the end of the road and B&B market is definitely somewhere you want to eat!! Food was delicious! Both houses were very well maintained. James and Megan were wonderful to deal with, very nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying with them and will stay again next time we come to ride. Numerous riding trails within a few miles. Not very far from town. The 2 houses we stayed in were at the end of the road with lots of room to park 2 extended cab trucks with trailers. If your wanting to ride at Tackett Creek or Royal Blue, you need to check these places out. Offthetracks 2 and 3 are both well worth the stay!!! Highly recommend!!! And if you have a big group, these 2 are right next door!

We loved our stay at Margaret's lakeside home! There is a view of the lake with a deck and beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake. The deck includes both open deck and a nice covered area (convenient for shade or light rain.) The space is very cozy, welcoming, and feels quite roomy. We had 4 people in our family traveling together - including my 84 year old mother who really appreciated the bathroom setup with a grab bar in the shower. We rented a pontoon boat at the local Marina (which is within easy walking distance) and enjoyed daily walks in the Marina area. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Had a wonderful family vacation. Everything in the house was great and Elizabeth and Brittany were extremely accommodating and responded quickly with any questions I had. Would book this again!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for ten people to stay. Very helpful host and comes with plenty to do. Located perfectly for visiting the surrounding cities. Place was very clean and simplistic. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

Check-in was really easy. Very easy to get in. Mike was very friendly and had written instructions when we got there. Had no problem getting settled in at the place ( located close to my daughters home) so it was easy to and from. We love the access for the garage, especially when it rains! Good sized master bedroom! Dogs loved the back porch area today out in the sun. Great place! We’ll be back for sure!

Lovely Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! We truly enjoyed our stay—such a beautiful home that we didn’t want to leave. Three days wasn’t enough, so I recommend staying longer if possible! The home was clean and welcoming. I’m pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness, and while a little more deep cleaning could help, it was still very clean overall. A few small things to note: • The dishwasher wasn’t working due to a broken wheel and wouldn’t close. • The hot tub didn’t have chlorine tablets or the dispenser available and noticed a smell so we discontinued use. We later noticed the supplies were behind the fence on the ground, likely just missed during cleaning. • The home is pet-friendly, though it doesn’t smell like it yet. I’d suggest no animals to help preserve its current condition—it’s such a nice place. The pool was warm and perfect, and overall we had a great experience. We’d gladly return and hope it continues to be well maintained.

Jennifer was truly an amazing host! The directions to get to the place were perfect and easy to follow. The place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would definitely stay there again!

6 of us ladies booked for a surprise Bachelorette trip for our sister. When Shayne found out, he made arrangements to decorate the place for us before arrival. He helped us arrange transportation back and forth with his Brother in Law Ryan. He made the trip a delight and even rescued us after flipping the kayaks. They thought of everything and went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable trip.

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and exactly as pictures. we had one issue that was handled promptly and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend any locations being Rented by Tom! Very quick to respond and professional.
