The Villa was located in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of room for 10 people and the Villa had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect for kids. Close to the train station and the lake Como. We also went for a hike in the mountains. Sara and her parents were friendly, we got welcomed with a tiramisu which was excellent! It was easy to be incontact with Sara, fast replies.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything. The host was super friendly and gave us great tips for the area. We would definitely come back!

This apartment is the perfect base for exploring the northern part of Lake Como. The apartment has all the comforts, ideal for a family of 4 with a large terrace and garden where you can't get tired of the view. This apartment is also suitable for young children because you are the lower apartment (so no stress from neighbors below). There is a shop and restaurant within walking distance, for the rest you will be in Domaso (by car or on foot for the sporty ones). You can park the car in the garage, which is convenient! Renata was extremely friendly and always responded quickly to messages. What did we do? We rented mountine bikes, went swimming and paddle boarding in/on the lake, went by boat/car on a trip to Bellano and Bellagio, we climbed multiple altitude trails in the Adventurepark and walked in the mountains and past the waterfalls. In short: we highly recommend this apartment and the region!

We felt super comfortable and were able to switch off well from the start. Pure nature, which you also have to get involved in.

The location of the appartement was ideal with beautiful views and amenities nearby. Carlos daughter Mara was great at communicating, very friendly and always responded with helpful tips. My family would definitely like to return for another stay.

Absolutely charming villa next to Lago de Iseo! Cozy and large apartment with all the amenities - just as described. The outdoor area is nothing less than a dream. A garden stacked with olive trees, a roofed BBQ and dining area next to a luxurious pool. Excellent! In addition to that, check in, communication and hospitality are top notch! Thank you for having us! Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Both in advance and on site, communication went smoothly. The accommodation corresponded to the description and you could find all everyday items on site. The accommodation is a bit outdated - but everything worked perfectly and the value for money was right. We were 10 people (divided into the two apartments) and we all fit a table in the kitchen on the ground floor. In the very well-kept garden there was space for 12 people - an ideal place to linger for families with children. For five days, there were an additional 100 euros of gas/electricity, which could easily be paid together with the tourist tax on the day of departure. Overall, we are very satisfied and thank Sofia for the beautiful stay.
