We loved this place. The house is amazing. The view is crazy awesome. Breakfast pfff wow next level. And best of all is the host Zeynep Abla. She’s so lively and fun! All around just a great experience!

Though the house exhibits a touch of age, it remains decent and exceedingly budget-friendly. It's an ideal choice for families seeking proximity to attractions like Ayder (offering rafting, ziplines, etc.) and Rize. Can's parents greeted us warmly, extending an invitation to partake in the fruits from the trees enveloping the house. While I did have a few minor observations about the property, I communicated them to Can, who assured me they would be rectified. Given their insignificance, it's unnecessary to elaborate on them here. All in all, the house fulfills all your desires, whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure. Todo bien, las fotos coinciden el lugar esta cerca de todo, barrio tranquilo, la ubicación que aparece en la app no es la correcta esta a unos 150 metros, del resto todo en orden

Bayram bey bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev şahane bir yerde, hiç bir yere çıkmadan evde güzel vakitler geçirebilirsin. Mutfakta tüm gereçler bulunmakta rahat rahat kendi yemeğinizi yapabilirsiniz. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
