The key feature of our home is its location. It has been designed with centuries-old forests where you can sit and watch the mountains, storm valley and stream. The sound of the waterfall, where the river and rivers flowing on both sides of the house are formed, will accompany you at any moment.

A dining area is set on a wooden balcony, overlooking a flowing river surrounded by lush greenery. Two plates, utensils, and natural placemats are arranged on a rustic table, inviting guests to enjoy meals with a scenic view.

Our apartment is in a home environment and there is nothing other than the sound of streams and birds that will disturb you, it is easy to get to the highlands, castles, waterfalls and the city center as it is at zero point to the Ayder road and the storm valley. This is like a home, not a business. Any amenities have been considered. Inside our apatri there are two bedrooms, a seating lounge, a kitchen bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the creek from scratch. Breakfast is available on site.

Very nice, bright, and spacious room.We had a pleasant time. There are many supermarkets around for shopping. There was no hot water and the kitchen fire wouldn't start, but a nearby person came to help immediately. The owner seems to live overseas, but he responds quickly on WhatsApp.

A very quiet place for those who want to relax, preferably without children😅 There is no car disturbance. Very clean apartment. We were happy to live in it. Mr. Al-Kar is very helpful and responds to my messages quickly. When he was not there, his wife, I think, served us. Very friendly family. We were happy to stay with them. 🌸🌸

mr. Haluk was really helpful, he was a caring and helpful gentleman. The location of the house was great, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted, coastal shopping malls, restaurants, central and touristic areas. The interior of the apartment and the products offered were clean. The only thing that bothered me was going up and down more than once in the day 8 times:) Apart from the lack of an elevator, Haluk vey, who owns his apartment, his location and his owner, was absolutely perfect. It was a good experience, thank you for everything

I recommend that you do your shopping before you come to this perfect and quiet location. Ardeşen center is 20 minutes by car, but the mountain roads are curvy. Everything is clean and new as seen in the photos, the jacuzzi is for 4 people and directly overlooks the view.

Mr, Fatih is so friendly and helpful. Apartment is so clean. Location is amazing you can from balcony Tea Farms and also black Sea. His parent's are so friendly and we feel with rhem like in our home. everything was exceptional 👌 I recommend to stay in Fatih apartment and for me definitely stay with them again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He kindly waited for us and even guided us to the house, which was a huge help. Once there, he greeted us warmly and assisted us in setting up the barbecue, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The next morning, we were treated to an incredible organic breakfast — fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The house itself was cozy and well-maintained, but it was the host’s hospitality that truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended — we would love to come back again!
