Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

This water front historic Stephenson Farmhouse is a cozy 3 bedroom farmhouse that sits on 5 acres with frontage on Lower Mason Pond. A bird lovers paradise along with sightings of beaver & river otters. Trail from house leads to waterfront, canoes, paddles & PFD’s and a picnic table. We’ve maintained the antiquity of the house along with many antique pieces of furniture. Our cute Lake House is encased by the beautiful hills and forests of The Camden Snow Bowl, a small and local ski resort. It is located on the waterfront of the beautiful Hosmer Pond, just short of a mile from The Camden Snow Bowl and a 5-10 minute drive from the towns of Rockport and Camden. This spot yields something for anyone, whether that is a visit to the Rockport Harbor, our favorite coffee shop or the town of Camden, it is also a great spot to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

Cottages at Oakland Seashore (Cottage #8)

Nestled on 70 acres of oceanfront property in Rockport, Maine, the cottages at Oakland Seashore are the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, vacation with friends, or a family gathering. Formerly the Oakland Seashore Motel & Cabins, I recently purchased the property and have decided to rent a few of the cottages this summer and fall on a weekly basis. Reminiscent of a bygone era, these cottages are simple and provisioned with the basics, but have the most remarkable ocean views.

This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Antique Barn Apartment at Salt Water Farm

This elegant and comfortable apartment in situated in an antique post & beam barn that sits perched above rolling fields and vegetable gardens looking out over the Penobscot Bay. From the porch, guests can watch the local lobsterman pick up traps and see schooners weaving through the islands. The apartment sits over Salt Water Farm Cooking School, a small recreational cooking school for home cooks.
