The place is really very faithful to the photos all well clean organized I had no problem with anything other than them always being ready by chat

Carlos Eduardo was very kind and polite from the first contact, even before I booked. He has already earned many points for accepting my kitten, as many ads say they accept PETs and when we see it, it's just dogs, a huge prejudice against cats. We loved the place, because it is a quiet place, away from the noises of the center, we only heard the birds, ducks and the noise of the wind. Despite having a small stretch of land, it was not bad at all, as it is a dirt road, not needing a 4x4 car and it doesn't even take 3 minutes, you are already on the main street to access Capivari. The house is as advertised, it even had extra things, such as coffee powder and filtered water, which surprised us for the convenience. Best of all, there is no fixed schedule, Carlos made us super comfortable to leave at any time, especially since the city was having an event where several streets were blocked, and so there was a huge traffic jam, this is super positive for organizing a quiet exit.

Everything is wonderful!!! House as described and everything very clean and organized. Janitorial service ready for everything we need. Amazing place, super recommend. Everything contributed to an amazing trip, I'll be back without thinking.

Claudia welcomed us, the place is simple and amazing, a lot of contact with nature, the house has amazing decor that takes you back to other times, access is good in the morning because it has a dirt road, I managed to climb with a 1.0 car without difficulty, a lot of privacy, natural beauty, everything you need is in the house of utensils and its comfort, Claudia responds promptly, always helping positively, made indications of places to visit but we were in search of rest and connection with nature and we found it.

On my second visit to this natural paradise I felt at home surrounded by nature. the Wonderful Host service at all times. A wonderful place to rest, renew energy and food is marvelous in particular the amoo caper sauce.

ABOUT the ACCOMMODATION: A very friendly house, simple but cozy. Memories of Grandma's house. There is nothing better than sleeping in a total dark and waking up to the sound of birds. Next to it is a stream with that relaxing sound to help you fall asleep. The site has some fruit trees that we consume without problems. ABOUT HOSTS: Extremely requested, sympathetic, and available. To give you an idea, I was late and arrived at 00:15 and the host received me promptly. CONCLUSION: Super indico and I will definitely come back more often

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

The apartment is identical to the pictures. All new. Beautiful! Beautiful furniture, full kitchen, super cozy beds. I recommend it! The condominium is super family. There is no noise. Ideal for those who want to rest, enjoy with the family. Lilian is super attentive and responds super fast to messages. Seu Everaldo is also super attentive. I will be back for sure. I was super satisfied.

The place is very beautiful, with lots of nature around. The apartment is better than it looks in relation to the photos of the listing. To rest and enjoy the attractions of Campos, it meets perfectly. No bureaucracy. Fair price.

Great house in a gated community! Very well equipped. Everything new. Very good location! Two suites upstairs being one with balcony. On the ground floor a kitchen with a dining table integrated with the living room, which has a Smart TV, a record player and a fire pit. Still on the ground floor a lavabo.

Probably one of the most memorable stays of my life. If you're in doubt, you can book without fear. The house is wonderful - even better than the listing. The space is a delight, wide, clean and of an absurd peace. All Rafael's indications were certeiras. The perfect destination for a romantic weekend or to escape some of the chaos of everyday life. Everything in the house works well, the kitchen is super equipped, the sheets of fantastic quality. The dirt road to reach is of absurd charm, very safe and the way is very easy to find by the host's directions. That's your sign to complete the reservation!

Wonderful stay, I went with my family and we loved it so much that we extended for another day. The quiet place, wonderful house and Manu was a sweetheart. We'll be back soon.

The house is beautiful, the reception by Mr. Renato is wonderful... The downside is the distance from the asphalt to the house, but I think this is mentioned in the ad... Our bad luck was that we came in the rainy season and were afraid to go out and visit the waterfall, for fear of getting stuck... Another downside is that, because of the rain, we ran out of power around 8 p.m. until 1 a.m., but since there is an emergency lamp, we were not in the dark. There is no telephone network after leaving the city, so we are incommunicado on the road. But we rested, and apart from the rain, it was worth it!

Me and my family (wife, son and dog) have already stayed twice at Casa Toca and again, everything was great. Carol was caring and attentive as always, responding quickly and respectfully. It is notorious the care you have in providing guests with good moments, because every time we visit we find new pampering and features in the house. The stay is amazing, either by the house fully equipped, clean, tidy and that allows excellent moments internally and externally, or in the locality, a beautiful, quiet scenery that recharges the energy.

Casa exceeded the expectations that the pictures show. A wonderful view of the mountain, extremely clean, impeccable bedding, and could not help but report the host's spectacular attention.

A perfect place! We stayed for five days. The property has a very beautiful outdoor area, and although a second house uses the same entrance, we do not feel our privacy invaded. I took my dog and he was free and safe in the space. The house is beautiful, has a very tasteful decoration and is super cozy, we feel at ease right away. We were in two couples, and the two bedrooms we stayed were suites, were clean and in comfortable, smelling bedding (although understandable, a small nuisance was one of the double beds being two single beds). The kitchen is super equipped, we don't miss anything! Fátima was a great host, provided us with all the information necessary for hosting and even offered many activity tips. On the day of checkout, there was no other reservation and so she was super flexible with the departure time. Anyway, we left with the desire to stay. I highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Excellent weekend, very well enjoyed. The house and the place itself are lush. There the person feels in a world apart because you use absolute silence day and night, only hear the songs of animals. The house has excellent quality drinking water available, which is already a differential because it indicates that the region is very well preserved. During the night, with lanterns we observed a hare cub and a possum walking freely. In addition, we buy some of the items from Dona Zezé such as fresh milk, colonial cheese, eggs of freezing hens and firewood to enjoy the place even more. Super indico and would return for sure, it was well worth it.

Very good house, very nice environment around, quiet, close to downtown. The reception of Romilda and Romeu was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the showers, it's difficult to regulate the temperature.

Delicious house, super well-equipped kitchen, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!
