I recommend the apt of Mr. Claudio. Very well located, covered parking, you can walk to Capivari if you want. The apartment is very well equipped with everything a family could need and with great space. Very hot shower and faucets also with hot water. Answered my call late at night to solve a problem which helped me a lot.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

Andrea's place is great! It has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay! The location is excellent! Pertinho do Centrinho where there are several restaurants and entertainment. Just a few minutes of hiking! Ah, not to mention that Mr. João, extremely kind and helpful, helped us in everything we need! Our stay was a 10! We'd be back for sure!

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Kátia is also a very considerate, caring and flexible hostess, I just have to thank you. 🫶🏻

great apartment. as described in the photos.. kindness and cordiality of the staff is the key point.. all very polite and attentive. always concerned with serving us and always giving the best... perfect pool.. at 8 p.m., it was 12 degrees and in the pool... with perfect temperature. we simply love the place

The place is great! We were already on the main street in no time. The photos match the location and my stay there was excellent!

The apartment is excellent, clean and pleasant, the host couple are super responsive and attentive, clean and quality bedding, super comfortable beds, we give 100 percent in the rating for the apartment. We only missed having a TV, even if small, in the double room because when it was cold we were a family of 4 watching TV in the living room, it was uncomfortable. If there had been a TV in the room, the 100 percent would turn into 1000 percent because it was really the only thing we missed, just a TV in the room and nothing else, we loved the stay and we will certainly return.

The apartment is great, well located and easy to access the best tourist spots. All very clean and organized. Doorsmen are very attentive and helpful. I recommend it and hope to return soon with my family.

The stay was excellent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, with easy access to all the main tourist spots, with market and everything close by. Gustavo was super helpful and welcomed us very well, with tips and guidelines about the city. We would definitely go back to staying there.

Sensational. The place is wonderful, just like the photos, super comfortable to rest and cook, the building's doormen are very nice too. It's a 4-minute dirt road to get to the place, it's close to the center.

It was the perfect choice. The place is very good to rest, is close to some factories with lower prices than the center and we get tips from the host where to eat. The room is very cozy, has a heater and a fireplace that is very easy to use. It was all available as towels, hygiene items and kitchen intens. Our only garage and the balcony is very good for relaxing, I have coffee every day in the hammock that is available to rsrs guests. It has a nearby market with a very tasty bread and everything to sell. We felt really welcomed, the host was very attentive and the feeling was that our presence is very dear. ❤️

A gem in Campos. This is my seventh visit to the city and 7 was my lucky number, because this was my best stay. Great location, beautiful place, cozy apartment, easy access, proximity to restaurants and shops. Wonderful!!!

I love this hotel, best pool of all (always hot) and complete apartment, with daily cleaning (perfect by the way), recreation, gym, playground, outside the view that this is worth it , makes you feel that you are in Campos itself!!🍁. We did not use the heaters, but it had in the bedrooms and even in the living room .. many cabinets in the bedrooms, and places to support the suitcase.. Tv and internet great… everything perfect !! Note: Normal iFood arrives is one thing we love: towel dryer in the bathroom, we would bathe with the warm towel kkk

We love your stay, the restaurant inside the residence is wonderful. well-served breakfast, lunch and dinner with great price, better than eating in the centrinho. Warm heated swimming pool, it just didn't have a children's pool, but we love it and my 2-year-old baby too.
