Extremely clean and smelling apartment, very attentive and helpful dona nailce and the msm price in high season of carnival was very much taken into account! I highly recommend it to everyone !

The apartment is wonderful, corresponds exactly to the advertised. The place is excellent, fine new and organized. The gourmet balcony is very charming and well-equipped, it has gas churraqueria, brewery and even a wine cellar, and it has a very beautiful view of the pool. The mattresses are very comfortable, to me this is super important. I can't even talk about so much that I liked it, it was very worth it. About Caio, I only have compliments as well. Super attentive and helpful, it never left me unanswered. I loved our stay and highly recommend Caio's space.

marcia was a sweetheart ever. replied promptly, gave tips, everything I asked that was missing in the kitchen she offered us. Jardim was beautiful. the refrigerator is old and small (if all guests are cooking) but since there was no guest cooking, only me, everything went well and we were well served with this refrigerator. Márcia and husband are a gentle mto couple. we rented the quadricycle with them and it was legal for me and my son. we had fun mto. safe, quiet, welcoming place... mto good air conditioning, good tb beds, size of room mto good, good shower. we love to stay with them these days and we will come back for sure. We are grateful for all the days we spend with them. Márcia always helpful, we talked, laughed, mto affectionate with me and my son. gave tips and everything we asked for, we were well attended. gratitude for everything.

Excellent stay! The house is exactly as described in the listing, very nice, well equipped, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and electric shower in the bathrooms. The pool is delicious, always warm water (and a great pleasure in the late afternoons). You can walk to the beaches and the village center (10 min walk). It is important to note that, as stated in the house rules, there is no bath linen included (you have to bring your own towels). Marcos is a great host, available and helpful, always concerned with offering us the best!

It is a small condominium, very quiet, the house is very spacious, has all the items for a quiet stay. The swimming pool really is one of the strong points. The yard space, a total rest. For those with children, I do not recommend going to the beach on foot. In a straight line, the distance is short, however, it is necessary to take a long walk to have access to the Beach. The second strong point, without a doubt, is Adriana. The Administrator and who we are always in contact with. She's responsible for everything. Extremely proactive, polite, effective, quick to solve the problems that arise. Sincerely, it is the person I would like to have with me for life. We were very pleased with everything. Simply charming! The stay was wonderful — the space Dani prepared is full of personality and attention to every detail. In the middle of nature, we found peace, comfort and a lot of charm. The bonfire at night, the super cozy gourmet area and the fruit trees with plaques are just some of the incredible surprises we found there. The stay at the house was great! A place totally full of nature and quiet. Pertinho do Mar, a deserted and beautiful beach. We were super welcomed with cold beer, juice pulp and mineral water. My stay on Joel and Fabi's Airbnb was simply amazing! Hosts are extremely attentive, helpful and do everything to make you feel like home. The house is impeccable, very clean, well located and super equipped with everything you may need. One of the highlights, undoubtedly, is the lagoon right in the backyard of the house. In addition to being beautiful, it gives a special charm to the place and provides a breathtaking sunset! It was a unique and relaxing experience, which I certainly recommend to everyone.
