Great experience at this place. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, good location, very fluid communication with the host who gave us directions for renting an ATV and tours. Upon arrival we were greeted by Bia who guided us through check-in, gave us tips on deliveries in the region and responded quickly to all messages. We also loved the condominium pool, it is spacious and was very clean, perfect for relaxing after tours.

the house is gorgeous and super clean. Exactly as well as the pictures and descriptions. the region is for those who like privacy and want to be close to Praia. The region does not have many restaurants, but it has a nearby market. It was very worth it!

Very tasteful flat, impeccable cleanliness and very responsive host. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely be back. As for the location, it is in the middle of Itaipu de Fora and Ponta do Mutá.

We had a wonderful stay! Simone was extremely courteous and polite, always willing to help and offer great local recommendations. The itinerary tips I received were valuable and made our experience even more special. The space matches the listing and photos, very nice and well maintained, everything was thought out very carefully. Without a doubt, a stay I recommend and where we hope to return soon!

We stayed in this wonderful house between the lake and the sea and I only have compliments! The location is amazing, surrounded by nature, with the sound of the sea on one side and the calm of the lake on the other. The house itself is excellent – very well-equipped, comfortable, safe, clean and with everything we need to feel at home (or better!). The Erika hostess was impeccable, super attentive, helpful and left everything organized in the smallest detail. You gave to understand the affection in every corner of the house. Helper Keu kept everything in order with a lot of whim and sympathy, and the cook's food was one of the great highlights of the stay, it was the icing on the cake!! I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed

The host was very considerate and kind. The house has a very nice vibe with nature. The location is great, close to the best beaches in the area.
