Vacation rentals with a patio in Cam Lâm District

Nice and clean place.

Beautiful resort setting. Small but well-designed room. The whole spread-out pool area is wonderful for reading and swimming, just relaxing. The only downside is the limited access to food, cooking and restaurants. There is one very good restaurant onsite but you won't be doing any cooking yourself unless you bring your own pots, pans and food to take to the common kitchen. There is also no easy access to a grocery store unless you take a taxi four or five miles away. The pool setting and access to the beach is perfect and the hostess is very responsive to all inquiries. With access to food it would be easy to stay here for weeks on end but as it is it's more suited to just overnight stays connected to your airport arrivals and departures.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

I would like to give Ninh and Soun a thousand stars , however this site only allows you to give them five. As a solo traveller I felt straight at home staying with these 'salt of the earth' interesting, funny, beautiful people. Their home is a traditional Vietnamese house. It has a wonderful view of both sea and mountains from the 9th floor large rooftop patio. Each apartment within the house is one large room with bed, dinning, kitchen and seperate bathroom. All furnished in traditional style furniture ,beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet to sleep at night as it's tucked away in a quiet laneway. Location 10/10 walk 3 mins to beach and 30 secs to shops/restaurants. Nirvana

Everything was nice and smooth with this apartment. The check in was easy and the apartment is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view from the room and balcony.

The accommodation was more comfortable and better than other hotel connecting rooms. I often saw very small ants, but it wasn't enough to bother me! The gym, kids club, and sauna were all enjoyable. Instead, the water in the swimming pool was so cold that it was hard to use! The location was perfect, so it was easy to get around Nha Trang and the city. Recommended!
