This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely cottage, had everything we needed for a great week. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. All the crockery, utensils and pans you need for cooking. Hot tub was certainly a favourite and well used! Nice to have plastic ‘glasses’ for use outside. Great selection of games was a nice surprise. Being able to walk the dog right from the doorstep made it so easy - we really enjoyed exploring the smallholding. Hosts were very quick to respond with answers and support. Yes, the Tesco delivery man did manage to find us and unload :-)

Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

Had a lovely couple of nights at coastguard cottage - loved falling asleep and being able to hear the sea! Great location with walks and beautiful beaches nearby. Lots of beach facilioties on the nearest beach because of the holiday camp - but secluded coves just over the hill on the coastal path if you wanted to be on an empty beach. Burgh Island round the coast absolutely delightful. The house was bright and cheery and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Zoe and Charlie super helpful and welcoming hosts. Really loved it!

Ben's cottage was stunning — we loved every moment of our stay. If it were possible to give 6 out of 5 stars, I would have. The surrounding area was breathtaking, we enjoyed wandering through the fields and visited the vineyard, where we sampled some fantastic wine. There were also some excellent local pubs close by, all serving delicious food. Everything felt convenient, peaceful, and just perfect — there wasn’t a single thing we could fault. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Sandra is an excellent host from her communication to all the little extras at the house. The bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and cosy throws in the lounge. Thank you very much for the wine and milk, and things like tea/coffee, porridge and shower gel etc made it a home from home stay. We loved the area and would definitely return. 100% recommendation from us both. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here it was excellent! The cottage was lovely, with super views across to the Hoe. Some very good places to eat and drink nearby, and lots of place to walk. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again very soon.

Fantastic cottage in super location. Brilliant hosts, very friendly and the tour of the brewery was great. The ale is excellent too! Lovely grounds for walking and the meadow was perfect for our little dog. We would love to stay again.

A real gem. Everything was exactly as described on website and we really appreciated being able to wander freely in the grounds and among the animals. Immaculate and peaceful. If we are back in this area we will definitely stay there again.

What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! Beautiful night away. Host was brilliant and incredibly helpful, allowed us early check in to support us attending a friend’s wedding on time. Surroundings are lovely and easier to find than we had been expecting!

Had a lovely stay in Russell Cottage. Extremely clean and well equipped. Short walk into town and to a choice of supermarkets.

Beautiful location, some fantastic walks straight from the location, stunning view of sheepstor and private area to sit.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful, nicely decorated throughout. We both felt like we where hidden away in it's quiet, peaceful setting. Jay's mum is lovely and lives next door, she was delightful and friendly and always on hand if needed. We had the best two nights sleep we've had in a long time. We both will miss the comfortable bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed a lot longer!

The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable throughout and quiet, even being in the centre of the village which was so convenient for well stocked local shops, a lovely post office, and a fabulous butcher opposite ! With great walks out from the house we were able to explore the area, not as much as would have liked but that was because sadly we had need to visit a family member in hospital in Cornwall most days.. Liz and Matt could not have been more kind to us during this difficult time - we so appreciated the opportunity to extend our stay, they were fantastic hosts and so very generous, thank you again so much! This place is just beautiful, tranquil and private! The views sat on the porch of the smithy are stunning, the walking in the area is outstanding! Is definitely right up there at the top of my list of places I’ve had the pleasure to stay at… and can’t wait to return in the future!

Sarah and Paul were very sweet, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We went to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and to get away from the city for a few days. They organised a banner, some treats, and a handwritten note. This was a wonderful personal touch my girlfriend loved that even some hotels can’t match. Their place was just like the pictures. Very clean, organised, and well-equipped to stay for as long as you need. Not to mention the location which is great too! There’s a few towns nearby that are easily accessible with stores and things to do. Lastly, the garden was definitely one of the highlights. It’s very spacious, the view is crazy nice, and is perfect for stargazing if you’re into that. I only wish the weather was better for our trip. Overall, we would highly recommend. Thanks again!!
