We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!

We had a great break at Harper's Cottage, Richard and Ute were great hoss.. We had a great welcome and quick tour, lots of good recommendations for where to eat out and about the area in general. All the small touches at the cottage add up to a great stay. Well equipped kitchen, lovely linens, dog beds, great shower, great hot tub, all of it was Fab. The cottage was very private, with amazing views from the garden and the conservatory. We hope to visit again next time we are in Cornwall.

the place was great! I had a truly wonderful time, it's a great place to hang out with family and friends. kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large amount of guests. the hot tub was a great addition. very comfortable and cosy but also a great size to comfortably fit 16 people. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a head torch if you arrive in the dark 😅

A lovely peaceful place with beautiful countryside around. The flat is very pleasant and well equipped. We loved the quiet narrow roads, especially for walking, and enjoyed finding new routs around us to walk and drive. You do need to be able to cope with uneven steps inside the house. Thanks you for letting us stay and discover this lovely area.

We were made to feel welcome from the first moment . Having just returned from France it was a logical stop over before our onward journey and one I would certainly recommend . Tracy and Beau were just lovely . Look forward to returning .

Tracey and Peter are lovely hosts. We spent 2 nights in the Annex to spend time with our daughter who is studying in Plymouth. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay with everything we needed. The homemade scones were the best. The outside space is amazing with swings and little seating areas. We loved the view from the barn. Hope to return someday.

The accommodation is beautiful , decor is very nice. Beds were so comfortable and it was good to have lightweight bedding as it was warm. Everything provided .. looroll shampoo soap etc. a nice touch. Kitchen well equipped and our host was kind enough to provide extras as we had family come for a meal. Thank you, we had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend
