Monthly Rentals in Callicoon Center

This place is amazing if you want peace and quiet. The house is beautifully designed, super cozy, and really private basically no cars driving by , no people, just nature and deer walking by. The kitchen has everything you need, it’s pet-friendly, and there’s a great little trail in the backyard. We loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoyed the jacuzzi at night—it was so relaxing. Megan and Andrew are great hosts—friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet, comfy place to unwind, this is it. We’d love to come back!

A great place to stay that felt very cozy and offered nice privacy in a beautiful area.

I stayed for two nights with my dog in the spring and we had a great time. The house was modern, spotless, and easy to find. Within a ~20 minute drive to a number of towns in the area. Kirk was very communicative and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time, and despite getting a few inches of snow on our 'spring getaway', the cabin was nice and cozy. There's a lot of charm in the old Catskills homes, but sometimes nothing beats a brand new place. We were surprised it's two years old, the cabin is spotless and looks brand new. Plenty of room for the two of us and a dog. We appreciated the extra towels for the dog given the weather. Hope to come back in more seasonable weather and take advantage of the wonderful back yard and drink our coffee on the deck next time. Despite being right on Route 52, it was still nice and quiet and relaxing.
