We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up all sleeping upstairs in the loft because there was enough room on the floor for our kids' 2 travel beds. The AC/heating unit worked well. We were also glad to be able to get to the Estiffinulga boat landing on the Apalachicola River in just a few minutes by car (we could not find a way to walk there because of a private residence and HipCamp between us and the landing). There is also a fabulous playground and field at the boat landing, perfect for our kids. The cabin was quiet and peaceful. Even though it is on a corner lot, we rarely saw cars going by and felt totally safe and relaxed. Jason was very responsive when we had a couple of questions the first night. One thing to note is that the water is super sulfur-y. It's not bad for you or anything, but if this is not something you're used to, you may want to buy bottled water at the DG about 10 minutes before you turn off to the cabin. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Great little cabin. Beautiful view of the lake. Had bathroom attached which was very convenient. Very clean inside. No bugs or dust noticeable!

Its not often you show up to a rental and the pics do no justice. Usually, theyre cropped and panned and makes things look bigger than they are. But upon arriving, we notice that was jot the case. The yard and all was much prettier snd open and larger than it looked. Same with the porches and space. Beautiful and peaceful and lots of deer roaming the property in the am and pm. River was flowing hard which made fishing and swimming impossible but i think it was due to northern rain, because it obvious the folks inbtbe area swim there often. Definitely worth the price.
