Divertiti con Villa bifamigliare, in zona "pineta" molto tranquilla e a due passi dal centro abitato. Per accedervi sarà necessario risalire alcuni scalini. L'abitato è un openspace di circa è di 90 mq, composto da 1 piano terra ed un soppalco. Al primo piano c'è 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 bagno con doccia, zona soggiorno cucina e tv con SKY TV e il secondo piano composto da camera da letto, bagno con jacuzzi e workspace. Ampio giardino per giocare, divertirsi in e fare ottimi pranzi all'aperto.
