This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place had everything you could ask for—a true home away from home. From the well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and even small thoughtful touches like toiletries and extra linens, everything was complete and well-prepared. Family enjoyed karaoke and the kids enjoyed the pool. What made the experience even better was Kuya Jun, the caretaker. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always just a message away. Whether it was a small request or just checking in to ensure we were comfortable, he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and hassle-free. Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

Place is not difficult to find, as place is along the highway and near a place that can be Wazed. Resort has ample parking space, able to accommodate 4-5 vehicles; place is secured and community is peaceful. Stores/mini-markets are easily accessible within few meters should you need to buy food, cooking ingredients or other stuff. Guesthouse is very pleasant and spacious, with 2 fully air-conditioned (cool) rooms and 1 spare room. We specifically liked the living/dining area, with a large dining table and couches around for gathering. The place has a fully functioning kitchen with cooking utensils and dinnerware for use. Pool is spacious and shaded, areas around the pool is also nice and cozy filled with plants. Resort has several showers/t&b, which we really appreciate before check-out. Overall experience has been great! Can confidently say that the host is "hindi madamot" (not selfish/not stingy), very nice and responsive to our queries. Resort is real value-for-money.

Over all, our Christmas Eve celebration has been splendid. The place is spacious enough for our family. Kitchen utensils are perfect for my mom’s cooking. We were also able to decorate the living area for our family photos. It felt home for us. —- The location is very peaceful and the scenery is amazing! —- Although, it rained during our stay and it would have been perfect time for the jacuzzi. However, the heater is no longer working. Nonetheless, it was an excellent overnight stay for me and my family. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

We had a wonderful stay! The saltwater pool and pool area were definitely the highlights—very relaxing, clean-smelling, and just the right size for everyone, especially our kids. The toys were a great touch and kept the little ones entertained even after swimming. The house itself is well-furnished, with clean beds and fresh linens. There were some mosquitoes due to the surrounding plants, but we came prepared with mosquito lotion, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great spot for a family getaway!

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.
