très bon séjour dans le studio appartenant à Ray qui est bien équipé et moderne Ray est par ailleurs un hôte très sympathique et serviable . l'endroit est calme et bien desservi par les transports individuels ou collectifs. il est également très proche des nombreux restaurants et comme rces.

The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

Good bang for buck, place is rly clean and perfect for 4 guests. Wish the host listed in the listing itself the other ameneties that were available in the Airbnb like water, sugar, oil, etc. bc we werent sure whether we should bring or not, but overall a good stay. Near Ayala Malls Solenad so it’s convenient for restaurants, etc. Host was also very kind and accommodating to let us check-out later than 12nn. Would book again! :)

The place looks exactly like the photos posted. We appreciate so much the toys and foldable chair they provided for my 1 year old. Thank you for accepting our last minute extension stay at the place!

Great place to stay. The area is surrounded with stores, fast foods and easy to locate. The room is clean and has kitchen appliances, equipment and accessories. Host is responsive. A great deal.

Easy to navigate to. A very private and quiet area in Tagaytay. Huge area and great for families with kids and pets. Clean rooms (with good air conditioning), bathrooms, kitchen. Accessible staff. Fast wifi. Overall, a great stay and good value.

The place is really spacious and clean. Utensils and all home materials are complete to it’s easier for us to cook and eat, What I liked most is the ‘honesty store’ it’s convenient since you don’t need to go outside if you forgot to buy something. I just hope that the cr has pasingawan and mas secured gate sana. Overall it was a good place to stay. The owner is responsive.

We are a team from a bank and we booked Nikki’s place for an overnight stay on May 10-11. Nikki is a very accommodating host. Her place looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Clear rules were given regarding the accommodation, and her staff were really polite and helpful. We were also allowed use of her soundproof entertainment room in the basement which we really enjoyed. You get value for money here. Her home is a masterpiece and so aesthetically perfect!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. It’s conveniently located near the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay, but since we weren’t in the mood for tourist spots, the peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking, with options like a barbecue grill, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker. Utensils were complete and of good quality, and there were even entertainment options to enjoy during downtime. Neil was a very responsive and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

Charlie’s place is a GEM! the pictures don’t do justice to it. 4. Super clean and great amenities. We sang our hearts away and the pool was wonderful! 5. Really enjoyed our stay here! We checked in after a hike in Nasugbu and it was just what we needed. Super chill, comfy, and felt like home. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the little touches and all the cute houseplants. The patio was our fave spot—perfect for catching the breeze at night. Mark and Christina were responsive too. Thanks for the free coffee and cookies! Ehe Would totally stay again! :D

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Sir Dhon is really responsive from our inquiries pa lang up to check-out day. The place is same as advertised. Very accessible sa mga restaurants and sites. The unit is really nice. Good for staycation din siya if hindi niyo trip lumabas labas. Unit is super clean. Very maarte talaga kami when it comes to cleanliness ng hotels/airbnb specially sa toilet and beddings and wala ka talagang masasabi na bad thing kasi very clean siya. Def. a 10/10 stay.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Love the homy feel and the aesthetic vibes and design of the place. Was able to work with their internet speed and had a restful stay as well. So loved that their bathroom is spotless clean and has no lingering smell. All in all we had a great stay and would love to stay here again. 😊🫶

The host/co-host was very responsive. The unit was clean & big for a family. We enjoyed our quick stay in the unit. Also, the place was quiet & peaceful, good also for those who want to get away from the busy life in the city.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with a toddler. It’s conveniently located near the mall, convenience stores, fast food spots, and restaurants. The host and her assistant were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

My Uncle and His Family stayed here and they really like the unit and the location. Kid friendly. The staff is also very accomodating specially when they arrived. She assist them in the parking and in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool. They all have what you needed, have towels, toiletries, and complete kitchen utensils. This place is highly recommended specially for a family staycation.

This is one of the best place i stayed in pico, booked a number of times in this place and Ms.Ekaterina's place is one if not the best. The unit is spacious than most of the units in pico de loro. The exp is superb and comfy. Appliances and kitchenwares are great. JBL soundbar is also notable. Overall, I will definitely book this unit again and definitely got more than what i paid for.
